Historic Rock Ford hosts Seasons in a program of Celtic and folk music. The lineup features award-winning siblings from the Harrisburg area: Mary-Kate Spring, Peter Winter, Mary-Teresa Summer, Mary-Grace Autumn, and Mary-Clare Chun Lee. They honor the traditions of Celtic and American folk while keeping them vibrant through new writing, offering original pieces that feel both fresh and familiar. Their sound centers on Celtic harp and hammered dulcimer, complemented by violin, mandolin, guitar, bodhran, penny whistle, and piano. The concert takes place on the Hand Mansion piazza with lawn seating. The performance area opens 45 minutes before showtime, and seating is first come. Attendees should bring their own chairs, and blankets are discouraged so everyone can see the piazza. In the event of rain, the performance moves under the tent by the Rock Ford Barn. Concessions will be available for purchase, with proceeds supporting Historic Rock Ford. Admission is $20 for general entry and $10 for Rock Ford members.

This weekly Music Bingo at 551 West offers a lively, music-powered take on bingo. Participants will need a tablet or phone to play. The event features five rounds and a bonus wheel for an extra burst of midweek excitement.

Step up to the mic to share a song, story, rhyme, or laugh at a welcoming open mic with Emily Siegrist as host. Since 2013, Emily has guided BLAST OFF gatherings around Lancaster City to help musicians, rappers, poets, and comedians build confidence and pursue their performance goals. VeloCity 2026 returns to Tellus360 as the Lancaster City Alliance’s signature annual fundraiser, bringing together the best of Lancaster City for an evening filled with local flavors, creative cocktails, live performances, standout fashion, and inspiring art. The lineup features tastings that showcase local food, a cocktail competition, a restaurant competition, and a fashion show. A popular silent auction also returns with experiences, gifts, and packages from local boutiques, restaurants, galleries, spas, and small businesses.

At American Legion Post 34 in Lancaster, this event features an optional $5 early bird blind-draw sit and go, followed by a $20-per-person main competition with two divisions. Matches use a Shootout style capped at 12 rounds, include four rounds using a swap format, and then transition into a double-elimination bracket with pairings decided by a wheel spin. Payouts are set at 60 percent for the social division and 80 percent for open. If turnout is light, divisions may be combined with a 75 percent payout. An estimated cover of about three to four dollars per person applies, and any funds left after compensating Legion staff are added back into the prize pool.

A chicken barbecue features a variety of food and homemade baked goods. The grill also serves ribs cooked until they are fall-off-the-bone tender. Food is available while supplies last.

Led by instructor Hattie Weselyk at the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen, this two-day class explores precious metal clay through a botanical lens. Participants press real flowers and leaves into metal clay, then have their pieces kiln fired to become jewelry made of 99.9 percent pure silver. Each person completes a custom pendant and a pair of earrings, or may opt to create one larger pendant instead. Attendees may bring their own botanicals and will also make practice pieces in base metal and ceramic clay, which the instructor will fire. Tuition covers all materials. Open to all skill levels and suitable for ages 12 and up.

Music on the Lawn features the Kyle Hancock Trio for a jazz performance in the gardens. This monthly series highlights a variety of genres and ensembles, with the option to pre-order charcuterie boards to enjoy during the music. The Kyle Hancock Trio is a Lancaster based, guitar led group with top area players. Their set blends reimagined standards from the Great American Songbook with interpretations of modern radio hits. Guitarist Kyle Hancock performs throughout Central Pennsylvania as a soloist, bandleader, and sideman, and he also teaches music.

Compete in a Magic: The Gathering Commander event with a $5 entry fee. One booster pack from each participant goes into a shared prize pool, awarded to the top three players.

The second annual car, truck, and motorcycle show features music, prizes, and plenty to eat. Registration is $15. Parking for show vehicles is available at the Legion and at nearby Jones Honda. Activities include a DJ, door prize drawings, a Chinese auction, 50 50 drawings, and trophy awards. Food will be offered inside and outside. Explore the art of pressed botanicals in a beginner friendly workshop led by instructor Elena Lagana. Create a personalized keepsake, monogram, or photo piece using real pressed flowers arranged on glass. Choose a 12 by 15 inch frame or a 6 by 4 inch floating double glass frame, then learn techniques for composing and reconstructing designs with individual petals and leaves. If you opt for the 12 by 15 inch size, you can enhance the look with a colored photo mat. You are welcome to bring your own pressed flowers and a photo of any size to make your project uniquely personal.

Hosted by the Society of Curious Minds, this gathering blends guided small group conversations with a brief live podcast taping. Advance registration is required for entry. The experience begins with a 15 minute recording of the Curious Minds podcast that is limited to registered attendees, followed by rotating discussions in a calm setting using more than 330 prompts that range from reflective and philosophical to playful. Coffee, a charcuterie spread, and light snacks are available. The meeting is held at Urban Arts House. Enter through the main doors and continue to the back room on the first floor.
