Shucked
Shucked takes the stage at the Benedum Center with a funny, feel-good musical infused with country charm. The show pairs toe-tapping songs and witty comedy with standout performances, creating an upbeat night of live theatre with plenty of Broadway vibes.
Benedum CenterThe Grown Folks Bunny Games & Egg Hunt
A playful, adults-only spin on Easter brings together nostalgia and friendly competition. The afternoon opens with an egg hunt designed for grown folks, then shifts into The Bunny Games, a run of lighthearted, Easter-themed mini challenges in a minute to win it style. Expect plenty of laughs, opportunities to meet new people, and an easygoing atmosphere. Between games, jump in for karaoke moments, sip from a zero-proof Mocktail Bunny Bar, and grab bites from food trucks. Unwind in the Bunny Patch, a relaxed hangout with jumbo games, while a prize table and hidden Golden Egg surprises add extra excitement. Good music and throwback vibes keep the energy up. Pastel outfits are encouraged, not required, for this celebration of adults who still love to play.
Homewood-Brushton YMCAMichael Griska
Sitarist Michael Griska presents a musical and spiritual journey in the Hindustani tradition of North India. Performing on a sitar with many strings, he unfolds a raga that begins in a quiet, reflective mood and rises to a fast, exhilarating finale. The music is almost entirely improvised, so each rendition is one of a kind. The performance takes place at Allegheny Unitarian Universalist Church, a stone church built in 1905 with stained glass windows and a warm, welcoming setting. Please note that the building is not accessible for those who have difficulty with stairs. The suggested donation is $20, and any amount is welcome. Seats can be reserved through the ticket link.
