    Hyden Beach is hosting a men’s and women’s doubles volleyball tournament offering A (intermediate) and BB (lower intermediate) divisions. Adults and juniors are eligible to compete, and additional registration slots may open based on interest. Check-in will take place before matches, and play will start on schedule. The plan is to begin with pool play and then move into a single elimination bracket, with the exact format shaped by the number of teams and divisions and a goal of maximizing playing time. A minimum of five teams is required in a single division, or in a combined division, for the tournament to run. An active AVPA membership is required to participate. Players aiming for national events need a Gold membership, while local tournaments require at least a Silver membership. Advance registration with payment is necessary to secure a spot, and walk-up entries will not be accepted. The format may be adjusted and divisions may be combined if needed.
