Two single-day hunter shows recognized by the Middle Tennessee Hunter Jumper Association run on the same class schedule each day. Classes span from Walk-Trot Poles to a 2'6" Derby, welcoming local riders to participate in a schooling show. Build confidence on the water with a beginner-level kayaking class that combines land-based instruction with hands-on practice afloat. It starts on shore with key topics like lifejacket use, trip planning, required equipment, and foundational paddling knowledge. The group then transitions to the water to develop technique, including getting in and out of the kayak and mastering fundamental strokes. The class runs 6 to 7 hours. The cost is $75 per person, and registration includes use of a kayak for the class along with both classroom and on-water instruction. Lunch is not provided.

Hyden Beach is hosting a men’s and women’s doubles volleyball tournament offering A (intermediate) and BB (lower intermediate) divisions. Adults and juniors are eligible to compete, and additional registration slots may open based on interest. Check-in will take place before matches, and play will start on schedule. The plan is to begin with pool play and then move into a single elimination bracket, with the exact format shaped by the number of teams and divisions and a goal of maximizing playing time. A minimum of five teams is required in a single division, or in a combined division, for the tournament to run. An active AVPA membership is required to participate. Players aiming for national events need a Gold membership, while local tournaments require at least a Silver membership. Advance registration with payment is necessary to secure a spot, and walk-up entries will not be accepted. The format may be adjusted and divisions may be combined if needed.

Create quilted blankets that will be donated to the Nashville chapter of Project Linus, offering warmth, comfort, and a sense of security to children experiencing illness, trauma, or other hardships. This session is designed for teens and adults who already have basic sewing skills and can bring a threaded sewing machine. Instructors will teach a simple quilting method using 5 inch squares arranged in a classic nine patch pattern. Pre-cut blocks are provided, and completed quilts will be given to Project Linus. Registration is required.

See how a working goat dairy operates, learn about the animals, and sample farm fresh goat cheese. A guided tour of the farm is available. A new monthly Divination Share at the shop offers a chance to learn together. This first installment is free to attend and open to everyone, and it welcomes the use of any divination tools. The Williamson County Performing Arts Center turns into a lively Latin dance hall as Diana Sosa leads Diana's Mambo Maniacs in a vibrant salute to the golden era of mambo and salsa.
