Working with local civic partners, the clinic brings services directly to trusted community spaces. Care may include pregnancy testing with ultrasound confirmation, well woman exams with Pap screening for cervical cancer, STI testing and treatment, and confidential counseling with educational resources and support for new and expectant parents. Appointments are recommended for faster service, and walk ins are welcome. The Source is a Texas 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides compassionate, professional, and confidential care to women of all backgrounds. The clinic returns to this location on the first Wednesday of every month.

In the backyard-style setup, the loop is 4.167 miles to be covered each hour, which is about a 14:23 per mile pace, emphasizing steady strategy over pure speed. Many participants hike the climbs and jog the flats, often returning to the starting corral with a few minutes to rest, refuel, and prepare for the next lap. Taking it one loop at a time adds up quickly, with one loop at 4.16 miles, two loops at 8.33 miles, three at 12.5 miles for a half marathon feel, and four at 16.6 miles as a stretch into new ground. Performances are powered by HSD from (Sub)Culture Audio and set on a hand-built cyberpunk stage featuring live, advanced projection mapping, with custom VJ visuals enhancing the nighttime sets. Beyond the stages, the experience expands into an art gallery with over 40 live painters, immersive installations, workshops led by enthusiasts and experts, and a professional fire circle with choreographed performances. Costumed entertainers such as fire spinners, stilt walkers, mermaids, and aerialists add a circus-like atmosphere. Friendly competition includes tournaments like Super Smash Bros and Magic: The Gathering with prizes, and a gaming area offers VR across RPG, action, and horror titles. Tier 1 and Tier 2 tickets are sold out, and a limited number of Tier 3 passes remain. Parking and camping are free, and BYOB is permitted. Upon arrival, staff will check in attendees and guide parking to keep everything organized. An all-women trail race offering 100k, 50k, 25k, 10k, and 5k distances. The 100k can be completed solo or as a relay. Every distance welcomes participants who want to run, walk, or ruck.
