Services are limited to pets that reside within the Bryan city limits. Bring a current BTU bill or lease and a valid photo ID to confirm residency. Quantities are limited and will be provided in order of arrival. Households may bring up to four pets, and all pets must be leashed or crated. Registration is required in advance, and walk-ups cannot be accommodated.

Popsicles at the Park is a casual, come-and-go gathering at the school playground at Branch Elementary in Bryan ISD. It is designed to ease back-to-school jitters and give grown-ups time to meet faculty and administrators. The PTO will provide free popsicles, and students can play with friends and make new ones. Please note that the park behind the school is under renovation, so head to the school playground instead of the park.

A casual meetup for pedal powered enthusiasts. All pedal vehicles are welcome, with special attention to vintage, unusual, rare, and one of a kind bicycles, tricycles, and unicycles. The focus is admiring and discussing unique pedalcraft over coffee rather than hosting a group ride. Many attendees ride to and from the gathering, so there is still a chance to pedal if you want to. Free coffee will be available. This event may also include extras like repair classes, swap meets, and more, with further information to come.

Step into a collector-focused expo featuring sports cards, Pokémon, comics, memorabilia, toys, gaming, and vintage treasures. Dr. Wilson’s office transforms into a jazz lounge as Blue Daniels Jazz Group fills the room with smooth sounds. There is no cover charge, and the bar offers spirits to pair with the music. Settle into your favorite seat and let the music lead the way, and consider arriving early if you want a prime spot at the bar.

Bingo Night at Post 4006 is a free event open to all ages.

Peculiar + Co. is hosting a free back to school haircut event for students in Pre-K through 12th grade. It is designed for families in the community who are experiencing financial hardship, offering no-cost haircuts to help students start the school year with confidence. Donations are being accepted to support participating kids, including school supplies, hygiene items, backpacks, Franklin ISD spirit wear in all sizes, and individually wrapped snacks. Contributions may be dropped off at the salon during business hours or purchased through an Amazon Wishlist. Last year, more than 60 free haircuts were provided and every child received school supplies, and the organizers hope to help even more students this year.

The Arts Center hosts a weekly open painting session in its classroom. It offers a collaborative setting where artists can work alongside one another and nurture creative growth. Participation is free. Tables are covered and a wet room is available. Bring your own supplies and a table easel if needed. Oil and spray paints are not permitted. Pack a lunch, with a refrigerator and microwave available for use. An RSVP is requested to help with planning.
