Bright Path Child Services and Partners Resource Network present Thrive Together, a no-cost regional conference that brings families, educators, providers, advocates, and community resources together from across South Texas. This community baby shower at the Victoria Community Center Annex is designed to celebrate and support parents and caregivers with babies up to one year old. Pack the Bus brings the community together for an annual block party that helps students start the school year prepared. Attendees can enjoy hot dogs, games, and other activities while school supplies are distributed with help from community partners. The event supports more than a thousand children as they receive the essentials needed for classroom success. Sign-up to receive supplies or to serve is available, and a registration deadline applies.

A four-year milestone celebration for Just Peachie features special deals on B.F.F. services that include Botox, filler, and a facial, plus treats and beverages alongside shopping with local vendors. Best friends can enjoy the festive setting together and take advantage of savings on the B.F.F. package.

The Leading Ladies Gala brings a red carpet vibe to an elegant evening devoted to recognizing remarkable women whose leadership, service, and dedication strengthen Rockport-Fulton businesses and organizations. Hosted by the Rockport-Fulton Chamber of Commerce & Visitor Center, the celebration features a Hollywood Glam theme with standout attire, meaningful tributes, opportunities to connect with local business and community leaders, and plenty of photo-worthy moments. Guests attend to cheer on nominees, support local leadership, and enjoy a memorable night out filled with recognition and networking. Tickets are available, and sponsorships are open for businesses and organizations seeking visibility while backing a signature annual event for the Rockport-Fulton area. Enjoy a creative evening at a patriotic-themed sip and paint hosted by the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce & Agriculture with support from Alamo Lumber. All experience levels are welcome. Supplies and step-by-step instruction are provided, with plenty of red, white, and blue inspiration to help participants craft a take-home artwork. Seating is limited and the cost is $40. Celebrate the close of the season with a social designed in collaboration with three other women-owned businesses in town. Enjoy wine tastings, music, local vendors, and plenty of shopping as everyone gathers to sip and spend time together. Lavaca Bluffs will be on site with wines available for tasting. Hosted by the Edna Education Foundation and Edna Elementary PTO, this drive through parade welcomes the Class of 2039 to kindergarten. Participants can decorate their cars, wear Cowboy Blue, and drive through to pick up a special goodie bag while waving to Cowboys, Cowgirls, Cheerleaders, and Silver Spurs. It offers a warm start to the school year and builds excitement for big school for these future Wranglers.

Books & Beyond: Story Explorers at Palacios Community Hub - Edna offers a free, after-school experience for children in Pre-K through 5th grade. The program provides a welcoming place to read, enjoy snacks, take part in engaging activities, and connect with peers, helping children build confidence and a sense of community. It is a reliable option for families, with flexibility for parents to drop off their children or stay and participate. No registration is required, and the focus stays on stories, learning, and fun for kids in Edna and across Jackson County.

Created for children ages 0 to 5 and their families, this one-hour gathering includes stories, crafts, snacks, and a variety of activities. It offers a welcoming setting to support early literacy and to enjoy memorable time together.

Jailbreak Bar hosts a weekly pool tournament with a $20 buy-in and a double elimination bracket. Games are played in Straight 8 using bar rules. The environment is family friendly, and food trucks are on site.

A lively fundraising night from Theatre Victoria brings sparkling bingo action to the Texas A&M University-Victoria Northwest Building. Enjoy multiple rounds with a glamorous twist, plus extra games and chances to win prizes like jewelry, bags, and spa goodies. Tickets are $45 and include 10 bingo cards and a charcuterie box, with table seating available.
