Off the Record is a free concert geared toward teens, offering a one-night-only live music experience at the Layton Ed Kenley Amphitheater. The lineup features Since O and Unseated Passengers, setting the stage for friends to enjoy a memorable show together.

A free outdoor concert created and run by teens brings cover bands to the Layton Amphitheater for a full production experience. Teen musicians will perform while audio production students from the Catalyst Center manage the sound under the supervision of a recent graduate. The focus is a safe, family friendly night where teens can enjoy music, dance, and even some moshing, while performers and crew showcase their talents. Organizers have spent many hours planning and are funding upgrades themselves, including designing and purchasing water bottle stickers. Adult chaperones and bouncers will be on site to monitor for illegal or dangerous behavior. Organizers note there may still be an opening slot for another band, and the set could lean indie with the possibility of a Weezer cover. Bands are volunteering their time. One of the teen organizers has written a song and is learning guitar with YouTube lessons.
