Skydive Orange New Shoe Crew presents a vertical day at Skydive Orange focused on progression in head up and head down flying. The plan calls for six organized jumps led by Marko and Anya that aim to build skills and confidence in vertical formations. Participants need to be able to fly safely and take basic docks on belly, back, and head up, and must bring an audible altimeter and a freefly friendly rig. Registration costs 20 dollars and will be refunded when you attend and take part, and it will also be refunded if weather cancels the day. Jump tickets are purchased separately. The Summer Polo Series at Blue Rock Polo Arena brings fast-paced arena polo with two matches at each gathering and a laid-back, outdoor vibe. The Blue Rock Inn Polo Bar is set up by the field for adult beverages, and food can be ordered from the Inn for convenient pickup right at the sidelines. General admission is free and the lawn is open seating, so personal chairs or blankets are welcome. Five tailgating spots are available on a first-come basis with no RSVP required. After those fill, there is ample general parking and plenty of space to get settled for the matches.
