Focus areas span skilled trades, manufacturing, healthcare, public safety, transportation, technology, and more, with access to both the tools and professionals behind these fields. The summit also welcomes the general public, including job seekers, families, career changers, and community members, who can explore exhibits, connect with employers, learn about training and apprenticeships, and discover career pathways available across Vermont. Expect interactive equipment and industry demos, cross-sector career exploration, student scholarship opportunities, connections with employers, educators, and workforce partners, plus comprehensive information on training and apprenticeship options. Title sponsorship is provided by Casella Waste Systems, with the Lake Champlain Chamber serving as host partner in Chittenden County. Registration is open.
