An all ages hardcore showcase headlined by Judge, the New York band formed in 1987 by Youth of Today guitarist John "Porcell" Porcelly and drummer Mike "Judge" Ferraro. Their debut was the New York Crew 7-inch on Porcell's Schism label, which featured five tracks including a cover of Warriors by the British oi/punk group Blitz. With Sammy Siegler on drums and Matt Pincus on bass, they recorded the full-length Bringin' It Down for Revelation Records, released in 1989. The band toured through 1991 and issued the There Will Be Quiet 7-inch featuring The Storm. Judge reunited in May 2013 for two New York City shows and has continued to play in the United States and around the world. Get A Grip brings Vermont hardcore roots from the 242 Main era, bridging longtime fans and newer faces through the power of hardcore. A special covers set for Gary celebrates his 60th birthday, with longtime friends from the Vermont hardcore community performing favorites by The Wards and Misfits. Outnumbered, formed in 2024 with members from Rutland and Burlington, Vermont, delivers raw hardcore without metalcore, slam, or chugga chugga. They have already self-released a demo and a recent EP on SVU Records from Maine.

Helping Hands is a monthly sew-in dedicated to finishing quilts for local charities, with completed pieces donated to organizations such as Laurie’s House, Steps to End Domestic Violence, the Lund Home, the Respite House, and the Refugee Resettlement Center. Participants prepare backings, sandwich quilts, sew bindings, and take on other tasks that move each quilt toward completion. All skill levels are welcome. Bring a sewing machine if you would like, but there are plenty of non-machine jobs as well. Tables, chairs, extension cords, cutting mats, irons, and ironing boards are provided, and staff can help carry machines if needed. They released a self-titled debut in June 2023 and continue to keep their process in house, handling the writing, recording, production, mixing, and mastering themselves. Their 2025 project, mock, has become a fan favorite, and new material is on the way as they move into their most ambitious year yet.

An all-ages concert centered on All Them Witches, a Nashville-born quartet of creative outliers who blend slow-burning heaviness with expansive psychedelia, out-of-body blues, and unadorned hard rock. Charles Michael Parks, JR. on bass and vocals, Ben McLeod on guitar and vocals, Allan Van Cleave on piano, keys, and violin, and Christian Powers on drums shape arresting melodies that move between dense power and weightless space. Their evolution runs through albums like Our Mother Electricity, Lightning at the Door, Dying Surfer Meets His Maker, Sleeping Through the War, and ATW, leading to Nothing as the Ideal, which drew acclaim from outlets such as The Line of Best Fit, Classic Rock, and Paste. They have appeared at festivals including Bonnaroo and Pukkelpop, filled rooms on headlining runs, and toured with Mastodon, Primus, and Ghost. With their first new music in years, they arrive at House of Mirrors, a seventh full-length and first release with BMG. Runners can choose between a half marathon loop or shorter 5K and 10K distances. The half marathon starts and finishes at Shelburne Field House, tracing a scenic circuit around Shelburne, Vermont. The route blends dirt lanes and quiet back roads, includes time on the Meach Cove property, passes Shelburne Farms, and takes in a stretch of Harbor Road with vistas of Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks. The 5K and 10K follow out-and-back routes along Harbor Road. The 5K stays largely flat, while the 10K includes a pair of climbs for added challenge.

Halloween fun in Winooski extends to WFM with a spooky market atmosphere, Halloween-themed guest vendors, and festive activities. This is the last farmers market of the season and also part of the build up to the Rotary event.

Matchplay Mix'Em 5 at The Pinball Co-op features six rounds of two-game matchplay, pairing one long-playing machine with one short-playing machine each round. The field is limited to 40 players with a $40 entry, plus a $20 door fee that is waived for members. Competition uses 7-5-3-1 scoring, with balanced pairing for the first five rounds and swiss pairing in round six. The top 16 advance to playoffs. The top seed chooses the game banks and the play order, and cannot pick the same bank more than once. Kicking PancreAS brings a fun, inclusive 5K to Burlington, ON, inviting walkers and runners of all levels to set a personal goal and move at their own pace at Burlington Waterfront. The event rallies support for pancreatic cancer by raising funds for awareness, patient support, healthcare education, and Canadian research, with every dollar staying in Canada. Participants receive a finisher medal, a running bib, and event swag. Race kits can be picked up at Art Gallery Burlington, with same-day pickup available before the start. Spots are limited, and there is no onsite registration. Fundraising is encouraged, and friends, family, and colleagues can get involved to help reach the targets of 375 participants and just over $48,000 raised. Bassist and vocalist Karina Rykman brings a high-energy show that fuses jam-rooted rock with indie pop touched by psychedelia. A New York City native, she spent her teens playing in bands and by the end of her senior year at NYU was invited to join pianist Marco Benevento’s group on the recommendation of Ween bassist Dave Dreiwitz, leading to dates with Vulfpeck, Dispatch, The Claypool Lennon Delirium, and more. She now leads her own band with Adam November on guitar, loopers, and effects, and Chris Corsico on drums, shifting from airy indie pop to thick, overdriven rock with fun as the guiding force. Her path has included sold out headline shows, festival appearances at Bonnaroo, Peach Music Festival, and Sweetwater 420 Fest, opening slots for Khruangbin, My Morning Jacket, and Tedeschi Trucks Band, and time with the Late Night with Seth Meyers house band. Her debut album, Joyride, created with producer Gabe Monro and released via AWAL, features Trey Anastasio as co-producer and guitarist on five of the album’s nine tracks. Onstage she plays bass, sings, bounces across the stage, and laughs with the crowd, and her concerts often draw fans who feel more like friends.

The Suicide Machines bring Detroit ska punk to the stage. Formed in 1991, they have released seven full-lengths on Hollywood Records, Sideonedummy Records, and Fat Wreck Chords, along with EPs and singles. Their profile grew through relentless touring, radio play like No Face on KROQ’s Top 106.7 in 1997, and placements in films and video games. Jay Navarro continues as frontman, joined by Ryan Vanderberghe-Malburg on drums, Rich Tschirhart on bass, and Justin Malek on guitar. In 2026 they mark the 30th anniversary of Destruction by Definition. Toronto-raised mainstays The Flatliners add their long-running chemistry to the bill. Chris Cresswell, Scott Brigham, Jon Darbey, and Paul Ramirez have kept the same lineup since 2002, earning their following from basement shows and dive bars to arenas with Weezer and major festivals around the world. With each new chapter they grow from their past while keeping the core of their sound intact, offering a cathartic outlet for turbulent times.
