Cascade Medical’s Emergency Medical Services team offers a free CPR course for ages 8 and older. Acting quickly with CPR can significantly raise survival odds, sometimes by two to three times. A three-day celebration of USA Working Equitation unfolds at Appleatchee Riders Association with two licensed shows and an added cattle trial. Set beneath Saddle Rock in Wenatchee, Washington, the venue is a USAWE affiliate and offers levels 1 through 7. The schedule features a Thursday seminar with Sarah Bradley that includes private dressage sessions and small-group obstacle work, followed by dressage on Friday, Ease of Handling on Saturday, and speed with cattle on Sunday. Lessons with Judge Andre Ganc are planned for Monday, with pricing to be announced. The event is currently full and a waitlist is being maintained, and cancellations may open spots. Competition is planned outdoors, weather permitting, with the option to move into the indoor arena if conditions require it.
