Whether skating with family or friends or enjoying a few laps on your own, this public skate offers a chance to enjoy some autumn fun on the ice. Admission is $12, with skate rentals and red skate assists available for $5 each.

As part of a monthly series, it creates space to meet peers, build partnerships, and trade practical insights that support professional development. Celebrate the service of veterans through music featuring the Wenatchee Columbia Chorale, Pioneer Middle School Choir, and more. Admission is by donation, with all proceeds benefiting the Wenatchee Valley Veterans Hall.

At Wellness House, this supportive gathering offers a welcoming space for people with type 1 or type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, and the caregivers and supporters who stand with them. The program is free to attend, with donations appreciated, and is presented in partnership with 509 Nutrition & Diabetes Care. It begins with a peer-led conversation focused on practical self-care, along with occasional short educational segments from 509 Nutrition & Diabetes Care. After the discussion, participants can take part in gentle, low impact movement tailored for every mobility level, with options such as seated exercises, balance practice, and light strength work. Please bring water, comfortable clothes and shoes, and any glucose supplies or fast acting carbohydrates you may need. Volunteers to assist with setup and check in are welcome.
