Seattle-based Hammond organist Joe Doria gathers some of the city's finest musicians for a session that highlights his stylistic range and broad involvement in the local scene. His work spans McTuff, the Joe Doria Trio, The Drunken Masters, Skerik's Syncopated Taint Septet, and AriSawkaDoria. There is no cover, and donations are appreciated.

Neumos presents Man Man, the shape-shifting project led by Honus Honus, also known as Ryan Kattner. Expect a set informed by Dream Hunting in the Valley of the In-Between, the band’s first release in more than six years and its Sub Pop debut, with tracks such as Cloud Nein, Future Peg, On the Mend, Sheela, and Animal Attraction. The album was produced with longtime collaborator Cyrus Ghahremani, mixed by S. Husky Höskulds, and mastered by Dave Cooley, and it includes guest vocals from Dre Babinski of Steady Holiday and Rebecca Black on select songs. Following an unexpected hiatus that began in 2015, Kattner explored scoring, acting, and a range of creative projects before reuniting players to capture a live, organic feel in the studio. The Seattle-based trio formed in 2023 through late-night karaoke and connections in the International District, creating indie rock that blends eras and styles. Their sound moves from 1960s surf to riot grrrl to 90s alternative and more, reflecting an evolving sense of home. The lineup features guitarist and vocalist Le-Vy Nguyen, bassist and vocalist Jon Chu, and drummer Shaun Mejia. Artists at the Center is a long-term collaboration between the Seattle Office of Arts & Culture and Seattle Center, supported by the Uptown Arts & Culture Coalition and nearby communities, and made possible by a ten-year grant from Climate Pledge Arena and the Seattle Kraken. The series highlights both emerging and established artists, offering performance opportunities that connect them with new audiences and support their growth. Soldiers of Steel returns to Substation with a multi-day celebration of heavy music. The schedule now includes a Thursday pre-party and a Sunday matinee afterparty with a metal swap, while the core of the fest packs two days across two stages. DJ Herr Zett and DJ Hammer keep the energy high with vinyl sets throughout the weekend. Hadean from Portland joins the pre-party bill, Ironflame steps in for Sauron, and Stainless tops the afterparty lineup. Thursday features Blood Star, Skelator, Dark Meditation, and Hadean.
