Open to the community at no cost, this session emphasizes slow, flowing movement coordinated with relaxed breathing to encourage relaxation while refining technique. The practice engages large stabilizing muscles to support balance, coordination, and flexibility, and its quiet focus can help ease stress, promote better sleep, and support memory. Instruction is led by Tom and Barbara, who have 17 years of teaching and practice and hold certifications in 10 Tai Chi forms. Six sessions are offered each week, with both beginner and intermediate options so you can choose the level that fits your experience and abilities.

Practice Spanish in a relaxed, drop-in setting at the Community Spanish Table. Enjoy a blend of games and conversation with guided activities alongside opportunities for self-directed participation. It is designed for anyone looking to learn or strengthen Spanish skills while having fun.

Enjoy live music with The Travelers, an acoustic guitar driven Americana group with a rockabilly twist. The band’s journeys from Himalayan vistas to out-of-the-way Caribbean spots have led them back to a timeless, retro sound. Sip wine or beer while you listen. Heart By Heart performs at Gesa Power House Theatre with original Heart members Steve Fossen on bass and Michael Derosier on drums, delivering faithful renditions of favorites like Barracuda, Straight On, Crazy On You, Magic Man, Even It Up, Heartless, and Kick It Out. After their 2013 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction with Heart, Fossen and Derosier reunite in this lineup with vocalist Somar Macek, guitarist and keyboardist Lizzy Daymont, and guitarist Chad Quist. The band is dedicated to presenting Heart's classic hits just as they were written and recorded.
