Enjoy a relaxed, family friendly evening at Dancing Fish featuring Pasta Boy Pasta’s food truck, wine, and live music by Philip Van Seters. Pasta Boy Pasta serves fresh, handmade pasta inspired by Asher and Jade’s sense of tradition and connection. Asher, known for his time working with Vincent at Orchard Kitchen, built the truck around patient, careful cooking and recipes that carry family stories. Philip Van Seters is a guitarist, singer, and songwriter originally from Montreal with an undergraduate degree in music from Concordia University. Now performing around the Pacific Northwest, his sets blend rhythmic takes on popular songs from the 60s through today with a selection of originals. Admission is free, reservations are recommended to secure seating at first come, first served community tables, and walk-ins are accommodated after reserved guests while supplies last. The duo features Donovan Jones on vocals and Johnny Stephens on guitar, shaping arrangements that fit the room, shifting from mellow and melodic to upbeat and high energy. This event requires reservations and includes a shared appetizer board served at your table. Seating is limited, so some guests may be placed at larger communal tables. Bailey's Corner Store in Clinton hosts Salamander Junction for an evening of country and Americana favorites. This Whidbey Island six piece features Don Chappell on guitar and vocals, Luke Pauley on guitar and vocals, Simone Rico on guitar, keys, and vocals, Donald Singleton on bass, Jeff Nelson on drums, and Julie Cuic on fiddle. The performance highlights energetic renditions of songs tied to artists such as the Jerry Garcia Band, Brooks and Dunn, Dolly Parton, Lukas Nelson, the Grateful Dead, JJ Cale, and Dwight Yoakam, with plenty more in the mix. A full band sound and lively tempos set the stage for a dance friendly show.
