Everything is made from scratch with a gourmet touch, and the waffles are made with a brioche, yeast-raised dough that includes Belgian pearl sugar which caramelizes inside the waffle.

This Dam Days exhibit at the Community Center highlights local history with a feature on the 1942 flood, a new set of dam construction photographs, and a showcase of work by early Spring Valley photographer John Krueth. Recently discovered images from 1903 to 1904 present the town from vantage points on surrounding hills, offering rarely seen views. The collection gathers these materials in one place for Dam Days.
