Head to Ledgerock Distillery for the Ledgerock and Campbellsport FFA Alumni Annual Car Show, a fun, family-friendly day for classic car lovers and anyone who wants to check out the vehicles. Car show registration begins at 10:00 AM, with a $5 registration fee and a cash drawing at 4:00 PM. Music runs from noon to 4:00 PM, and the Campbellsport FFA Alumni will be serving food. There will also be honey extraction from the Ledgerock hives, and honey will be available for purchase.

The 17th Annual Press Box Golf Outing features a scramble at Rolling Meadows Golf Course with a shotgun start. The cost is $90 per person or $360 per foursome. Registration covers lunch at the Press Box, bus transportation to and from Rolling Meadows, prize opportunities at every hole, and a post-round gathering with dinner, prize giveaways, and two hours of complimentary beer at the Box. The class is limited to 8 participants. Cost is $65 per person, and if you need to borrow gear, the kayak, paddle, and PFD are included for the first 8 who request them. XRoads41 Rock Detour 2026 is a one-day rock music festival featuring major acts including Breaking Benjamin, Dorothy, Saliva, Memphis May Fire, Atreyu, 12 Stones, Daughtry, Drowning Pool, and more. It’s happening at Oshkosh Festivals Park for a full day of high-energy performances on August 9, 2026.

Explore a two-week ceramics course that guides you through creating a handbuilt vessel finished with the traditional horsehair firing method. After firing, strands of horsehair fuse to the surface and leave distinctive, one-of-a-kind markings. No prior clay experience is needed. The first class focuses on building your form by hand. The second covers post-firing horsehair application and final finishing. Each session runs two hours. The fee is $80, with a 20 percent discount for members. Open to ages 16 and up, with participants under 18 attending with a parent. Instruction is led by Pat Reiher, an artist and educator with a Fine Arts degree from UW-O who spent 33 years leading the St. Mary’s Springs art department. Her experience includes teaching at the university level, launching adult and youth art programs, and leading residencies and community workshops. Her recognitions include the Kohl Fellowship Award for Achievement in Education, Optimist Educator of the Year, the Windhover Center of the Arts “Windy” Award for furthering the arts in the community, and the National DAR Distinguished Women in the Arts Award. She has been active in numerous arts organizations, has organized and chaired exhibitions and programs, and has exhibited paintings, ceramics, and jewelry nationally in galleries and private collections. Her studio work continues to explore metals and ceramics, emphasizing the interplay of form, space, color, and texture.

Weekly summer track workouts at Cardinal Stadium in Fond du Lac welcome all ages and paces for structured intervals totaling about three miles on the track. Sessions begin with brief announcements and an outline of the plan, then participants often sort into faster and slower groups based on recovery times. Repeats typically range from 100 to 1600 meters, with most weeks focusing on 400 to 1600 meter efforts. Participation is flexible, so complete what feels right and there is no requirement to run the full distance. Non-members are welcome, and the gatherings are free and open to the public, with a friendly turnout that often ranges from 15 to 30 people. The venue offers plenty of parking and access to restrooms. Bringing your own water and snacks is recommended, along with weather-appropriate gear and a dry change of clothes. In poor weather, a running club representative will still be at the track, though attendees are encouraged to use their judgment, especially if traveling from out of town. First-time participants will be asked to sign a waiver that covers the spring and summer season. There is usually time to warm up beforehand, and the specific workout changes each week while adding up to roughly three miles.

Hosted by The Friends of Lakeside Park, this volunteer trash cleanup invites the community to help keep the park litter free. Volunteers gather on Oven Island near the Main Shelter to pick up trash using supplies provided by the organizers, including gloves, grabbers, and bags. The cleanup is family friendly and open to all ages, and it is suitable for individuals or groups seeking volunteer credits, with verification forms available at the event. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. No preregistration is required.

Putt Putt League is back at Knuth Brewing Co. Each Wednesday, the biergarten turns into a putt putt course. Play for that week’s prize, including a $15 KBC gift card and points in the standings. This week’s session is free to play for anyone who wants to join in.

A free four-week youth cross country series takes place at Theisen Middle School, welcoming students entering grade 8 and below from any school district. The event is open to the public and encourages participation regardless of other sports. Same-day registration is the only sign-up and covers the entire series, and returning runners should check in each week at the registration table before their race. The registration area is set up on the east side of the building near the east parking lot, with an indoor option just inside door 9 if weather requires it. All races are run on grass on the east side of the campus and around the football field, with the start and finish positioned by the east parking lot, and volunteers are on hand to help. Race distances are organized by grade level, with pre-kindergarten and kindergarten covering one-eighth mile, grades 1 through 3 running one-quarter mile, grades 4 through 6 completing one-half mile, and grades 7 and 8 taking on three-quarters of a mile. Every participant is timed, finishers receive a place card to return at registration for accurate results, and a participation award is provided each week. Water is available for runners and spectators.

Isthmus Brass unites top professional brass musicians from across the Midwest to form Wisconsin’s leading large brass ensemble. Founded in Madison in 2009 by accomplished players from southern Wisconsin who wanted to collaborate, the group began by presenting charitable Christmas concerts benefiting Porchlight, Inc., a tradition that has raised more than $150,000 over the years. Their work has reached international audiences with a Summit Records release titled Isthmus Brass Christmas and a second holiday album, We Need a Little Christmas, and they perform year-round on concert series throughout the Midwest with programs that span many styles. This free concert offers a wide-ranging program that includes de Abreu’s Tico Tico, Sousa’s El Capitan, Strauss’s Fanfare Stadt Wien, and Bach’s Brandenburg Concerto No. 3, providing variety for all listeners. Food concessions will not be available. If weather requires a change, the performance will move to the County Fairgrounds. Cousins Maine Lobster rolls into Fleet Farm in Fond du Lac for a mid-summer stop, serving lobster rolls, tacos, bisque, and more made fresh throughout the day. To save time, orders can be placed in advance through the mobile app, which typically opens a couple of hours before service, and new orders for a later service begin once the current one has wrapped up. If mobile ordering is paused or unavailable, walk-up ordering at the truck is available. Every purchase earns rewards points, and in-person customers can have the QR code scanned at the window to add points to their account.

Organist David Hein performs on the Klaus Becker two manual tracker organ at Church of Our Saviour, Lutheran - ELCA in Fond du Lac. A free will offering will be collected, and proceeds support a scholarship fund that assists the training of young organists and the continuation of future summer organ recital series.

Join Chair Yoga at the Willmore Center, a practical, chair-based class focused on building strength, increasing range of motion, improving balance, and boosting overall vitality. The session includes stress-reducing meditation moments, with mostly chair yoga plus some optional standing and a chance to transition to the ground for rest at the end.
