This weekend in Lake Delton, WI

Pedal a scenic stretch of the Elroy-Sparta State Trail with a community ride hosted by the Connection Team of New Life Community AC Church. The route begins in Kendall, includes a half-mile walk through the first tunnel, continues with about two more miles of riding, then follows a back route to Dorsett School Restaurant for a lunch break. The out-and-back distance totals roughly 12 miles, with about two hours of ride time plus time to relax and eat. This outing welcomes both seasoned cyclists and casual riders. Serving as the culminating event of the Wisconsin Tri Series, this sprint triathlon takes place at Devil’s Lake State Park. The course begins with a quarter-mile swim in Devil’s Lake, continues with a 15-mile bike ride through the Baraboo bluffs, and concludes with a 5K run within the park.
