This marks the first celebration of the season, and campsites for the opening weekend are known to fill quickly.

Enjoy a Wisconsin Dells getaway centered on water-filled fun. Choose a scenic boat ride on the lake or spend the day splashing at a water park. If slides and pools are not your style, opt for a playful round of mini golf instead. It is a cheerful escape with simple choices that keep the fun going.

Celebrate a second round of Halloween fun with Candy Bar Bingo, Bloody Marys, and trick-or-treating.

A cozy fall celebration features a fish fry, beer tasting, and chili tasting, along with live music by Andy Braun. The canteen will be open.

Spend a wonderful weekend enjoying festivities throughout Wisconsin Dells. There will be a presence in Bowman Park, with a spot near the southwest corner of the park close to the intersection of Washington and Capital streets. It is billed as the last festival of the season in the Dells.

A night of live music at Ferry X-ing Bar & Grill featuring Chris and Aiden Bengry. The performance is a split show with solo sets from each and a couple of songs performed together.

Wo Zha Wa fest brings live music to Riverwalk Pub Food & Spirits, where a rustic setting and wide timber decks offer plenty of outdoor seating with views of the upper Dells stretch of the Wisconsin River. The Last Minute Heroes deliver radio-friendly party rock powered by seasoned Midwest players who have performed across Minnesota and the surrounding five-state region in bands such as Hitfaced, Aultimate Ozzy, Under the Covers, Rock Godz, and RadioNation. Their set is packed with danceable, singalong favorites like TNT, My Own Worst Enemy, Billie Jean, Smells Like Teen Spirit, All the Small Things, Sweet Home Alabama, Hard to Handle, Sweet Child O Mine, All Summer Long, We’re Not Gonna Take It, Basket Case, Enter Sandman, Joy to the World, Rock and Roll, Fight for Your Right to Party, Blister in the Sun, and Faith.

The District hosts a live solo set by Taylor Schereck, a Madison area performer with a powerful voice. Expect a crowd-responsive mix centered on hits from the 90s and 2000s, with 80s throwbacks and pop favorites woven in as the mood fits. Schereck is also a songwriter, currently developing a twelve song album that blends rock, alternative, pop and metal. The experience comes with views and a menu that includes smash burgers, quesadillas, chicken and milkshakes.

Mama's Garage hosts SWING CREW with additional musicians onstage, bumper stickers, and beer. A beer special named for the band is available for three dollars, and there is no admission charge.

Willow Valley Saddle Club brings a relaxed fall fun show to La Valle Team Penners, featuring a variety of enjoyable equine events designed for all experience levels, including first timers. Admission is free, and entry fees for competitions are kept affordable. The focus is friendly fun, and the concession stand will be serving the club’s well known grilled burgers. Riders must present a current negative Coggins and turn in a copy at the office. Riding boots are required. The show is planned to proceed rain or shine unless hazardous conditions arise. Pedal a scenic stretch of the Elroy-Sparta State Trail with a community ride hosted by the Connection Team of New Life Community AC Church. The route begins in Kendall, includes a half-mile walk through the first tunnel, continues with about two more miles of riding, then follows a back route to Dorsett School Restaurant for a lunch break. The out-and-back distance totals roughly 12 miles, with about two hours of ride time plus time to relax and eat. This outing welcomes both seasoned cyclists and casual riders. A standard trail pass is required. Participants should bring a bicycle and a flashlight for the tunnel. More details will be shared by the organizers.

Ticket purchases are restricted to groups of ten or fewer, and advance registration is appreciated. Admission is $15 for adults, $10 for seniors 62 and older and for young adults ages 11 to 17, and $1.50 for children 10 and under.

Families can explore practical ways to keep children safe during a hands-on day in the Baraboo Children’s Museum parking lot. Activities include practicing how to exit a simulated smoke-filled room and watching expert demonstrations on proper car seat installation. Attendees can gather guidance for everyday decision-making to help protect children. Free safety gear will be available while supplies last, with life jackets and first aid kits provided through support from a Healthy Community Partnership Grant from the SSM Health St. Clare Foundation. Children must be present to be fitted for life jackets and helmets. The event is planned to proceed in light drizzle, but will be canceled in the case of heavy rain, lightning, or other severe weather. Quantities are limited, so early arrival is encouraged.

Skillet Creek Campground hosts a live performance by singer-songwriter Andy Braun, featuring folk-rock favorites and contemporary originals. The set spans music from the 1950s through today, with familiar tunes connected to Johnny Cash, CCR, the Beatles, Jimmy Buffett, Tom Petty, Elvis, Neil Young, and others. Braun also showcases original material from his albums Shameless Attempts and 22, available on major streaming platforms. The event is open to everyone.

The District hosts live blues from Dave Potter and his hometown combo. After years performing across southern Wisconsin and backing touring blues artists throughout the Midwest with a rotating support group, Dave has returned to Wisconsin Dells to lead local musicians and share a broad mix of blues. The experience pairs live music with views and comfort food favorites like smash burgers, quesadillas, chicken, and milkshakes, offering a hangout for fans of live tunes and tasty bites.

Boomtown Saloon, a country music bar established in 2015, serves Nashville inspired food to a steady country soundtrack and regularly welcomes live performers. Jack Willems brings an energetic show shaped by early voice lessons, a guitar picked up in middle school, and a lifelong connection to country music. His songs reflect themes of the outdoors, family, and faith, and he first built his set list by entertaining friends in basements and around backyard campfires. A house party rendition of Wagon Wheel recorded on a friend’s phone went viral on TikTok, earning more than 3.5 million views in two weeks. On stage he aims to get the crowd singing along to his outdoor-influenced, Midwest style of rocking country.

Serving as the culminating event of the Wisconsin Tri Series, this sprint triathlon takes place at Devil’s Lake State Park. The course begins with a quarter-mile swim in Devil’s Lake, continues with a 15-mile bike ride through the Baraboo bluffs, and concludes with a 5K run within the park.

Ukulele enthusiasts from around the Midwest gather at Smokey Hollow Campground in Lodi, Wisconsin for several days of music and camaraderie.
