Let it Fall: A Reiki and Sound Journey for Release

Zen Garden Bodywork LLC, 4702 S 47th St, Greenfield · verified Oct 4
    See details

Let It Fall is a Reiki and sound healing journey focused on release, rest and making room for what comes next. Inspired by the way autumn leaves loosen and drop when their season ends, this gathering offers time to settle into the body and allow letting go to unfold naturally. The experience begins with a shared Altar of Release, where participants can symbolically set down something they are ready to move beyond, whether an old story, expectation, relationship, pattern, pressure or emotion. Grounding and intention setting lead into a guided Reiki session paired with immersive sound, creating space for deep rest, reflection and integration. There is no need to arrive with anything already figured out, and nothing to force or fix. Facilitation is led by Jessica, founder of Mosaic Healing & Wellness, who blends Reiki, sound and somatic practices to create supportive spaces for rest, release and reconnection. Attendees may bring a yoga mat, water bottle and any comfortable items, along with something they feel ready to release. Parking is available in the lot or on the street. Hosted at Zen Garden Bodywork LLC in Greenfield. The cost is $35.

Free Dog Microchip Clinic-End of the Leash Hales Corners

End of the Leash, 5430 S 108th St, Hales Corners, wi, 5436 S 108th St, Hales Corners · verified Oct 4
    Free

A free microchip clinic at End of the Leash provides dogs with a lifetime-registered chip courtesy of Billy's Posse. Arrivals are assisted in the order they check in. Microchipping offers permanent identification that cannot be lost or removed, increases the likelihood of reunion if a pet goes missing, helps deter theft by linking ownership to you, and keeps your contact details in a secure database rather than on a visible tag. The injection is quick, similar to a routine vaccination, and does not require anesthesia, which brings added peace of mind. This clinic is limited to personal pets, not breeders, rescues, or litters. Owners will be asked to hold their dog firmly around the body and head for a few seconds during the injection, with a volunteer available to assist. Puppies must be at least 12 weeks old and current on age-appropriate vaccinations, and every dog must have a rabies vaccination. Only dogs that can remain well behaved should wait in line. If a dog is reactive around people or other dogs, check in without the dog to be placed in line and you will receive a text when it is your turn. You are responsible for muzzling and holding a reactive dog, and microchipping can be completed in your car if that works better. For the safety and comfort of shoppers, pets, volunteers, and staff in and around the store, service may be declined for any dog that poses a risk or causes excessive disruption. This is a public store, and other shoppers may bring pets such as cats in strollers or carriers, or even reptiles or birds, so maintain control of your dog at all times. If you need to secure your dog in the car, your place in line will be saved so you can bring your pup in when it is time.
