Fees include a National POA fee of $21 per pony, a Wisconsin State POA fee of $12 per pony, and a $10 show office fee per horse. Regular classes are $15 per class, or choose a $255 all-weekend option per pony and rider that covers class entry fees only. Futurity entries are $30 per class at the early rate or $40 per class at the late rate. For classes that run at the same time as the futurity, exhibitors must enter and pay both the regular class fee and the futurity fee. Stalling is $80 per pony stall and $80 per tack stall, each including two bags of shavings, with additional shavings available for $8 per bag. Ponies staying overnight must be stalled, and extra shavings should be requested in advance on entry forms. Camping is available at $35 per night with electrical service or $25 per night without, and a haul in or tie out option is $15 per day. Office hours may change based on the secretary’s availability, and early arrivals are not permitted. The official show bill and entry forms will be released soon.

    Explore needlework traditions and techniques in a flexible workshop series where participants choose the project type and format while learning both classic and modern hand stitching. Register for a single session or use a punch card to move through multiple projects at a comfortable pace. Single session options include creating a small wearable or display piece from fabric scraps with embroidery and embellishments, sewing a hand stitched needle case, or practicing Sashiko while making a practical pin cushion. Two session projects offer the chance to build a soft sided fabric container through slow stitching, or design a customizable case for sewing tools or other uses. An ongoing option focuses on Boro and Sashiko inspired visible mending and decorative stitching to refresh well loved garments with repaired and reinforced areas. For the visible mending option, bring one clothing or cloth item to repair or embellish. Materials such as Sashiko templates, patch fabric, needles, and thread are provided. For other workshops, materials and instruction are included, with supplies that may include fabric scraps, Sashiko thread and templates, embroidery floss, beads, buttons, lace, scissors, and sewing needles. Registration is online only. Pricing is $12 for a one session workshop, $20 for a two session workshop, $50 for a five session punch card, and $90 for a ten session punch card. If a project is not finished within the initial sessions, participants can return to future sessions to continue. Punch cards are valid for one and two session workshops, and holders may start new projects as they use remaining punches.
