Quick, one session options include creating an embroidered brooch or magnet, crafting a hand stitched needle case, or learning Sashiko basics by sewing a practical pin cushion. Two session projects offer a deeper dive, from making a soft sided fabric container to designing a customizable stitched case or sewing kit. An ongoing visible mending and embroidery enhancement option focuses on Boro and Sashiko inspired methods to repair, reinforce, and decorate garments. For the visible mending session, please bring one personal clothing or cloth item to mend or embellish. Materials are provided for this workshop, including Sashiko templates, patch fabric, needles, and thread. For all other workshops, just bring yourself, as instruction and supplies are included. Materials used may include fabric scraps, Sashiko thread and templates, embroidery floss, beads, buttons, lace and other embellishments, scissors, and sewing needles. Participants may register for a single workshop or choose a punch card to explore multiple projects over time. Pricing is $12 for a one session workshop, $20 for a two session workshop, $50 for a five session punch card, and $90 for a ten session punch card. If a project is not finished within one or two sessions, it can be continued during future one or two session dates. Punch cards are valid for one and two session workshops, and holders may start new projects as remaining punches are used. Registration is online only.

Water City Jazz Orchestra and Big Band Reunion return for the third annual Battle of the Big Bands with special guests Janet Planet and Erin Krebs. This event supports Casa Esther, which helps individuals and families in Winnebago County communities who urgently need short-term assistance to cover basic necessities as they work toward becoming self-sustaining. Funds raised also back Casa Esther's peacemaking advocacy, youth gardening efforts, and support for local food pantries.

Participants draft using Standard sets and compete in three rounds using a Swiss format. Each match win awards a prize pack sourced from Standard sets, with Universes Beyond excluded from the prize pool. Promo packs are reserved for the highest-placing players.

Cousins Maine Lobster brings its food truck to Lion’s Tail Brewing in Neenah with cozy comfort classics given a coastal spin, a fitting match for cooler weather and relaxed brewery time. Oshkosh Healthy Neighborhoods partners with Sometimes at Pioneer Island for a Good Neighbor Day celebration focused on community connection.
