Classic car enthusiasts gather in the Kenosha History Center parking lot for a relaxed cruise-in where owners can display their classic vehicles and meet others who appreciate them. The event is free, and participation is open to all classic automobiles. The Kenosha History Center welcomes visitors during the cruise-ins. One date in the series takes place at Kennedy Park in conjunction with Kenosha Taco Fest.

Beachside evenings glow with small campfires on the sand and two fire pits in the beer garden to begin the night, followed later by a large bonfire in front of the Kenosha Beach House. The gathering is open to the public and does not require tickets. Entertainment changes regularly, featuring themed DJ sets, live music, and other activities. Food and drinks, including s’more kits, are available at the concessions window, and beer and wine are sold in the beer garden. Alcohol is not permitted on the beach, and beverages purchased on site must be consumed within the beer garden. Outside alcoholic drinks are not allowed. Chairs and benches are provided in the beer garden and on the beach, and guests may bring their own seating. A warm blanket is a good idea. Bonfires are weather dependent, so check social media for updates if rain or high winds are expected. Leashed pets are welcome in the beer garden, inside the Beach House, and along the walking path around it, but they are not allowed on the sandy beach. Those visiting with a pet may prefer to relax by the beer garden fire pit.

Returning for its ninth year, the Elmwood Park Car and Bike Show offers a full day of cool rides, family friendly fun, and plenty to experience. Enjoy music from a live DJ throughout the event, a food truck with tasty options, and raffles with prizes. Participants can pre-register for $10 or sign up the day of the show for $15, while spectators are admitted at no cost. Custom trophies will be awarded, and the first 50 registered cars receive goodie bags. The event runs rain or shine.

A Saturday marketplace that continues a tradition, with new crops arriving each week. Early arrival offers the widest selection. A current list of vendors is shared on Facebook.

A free puppy play hour at Central Bark Oak Creek offers a friendly setting for young dogs to burn energy, practice social skills, and meet other pups. Geared toward puppies 8 to 16 weeks old, it encourages gentle, positive interaction and confidence building. Space is limited, and spots can be reserved in advance.

An evening pop-up market transforms the plaza outside the Kenosha Creative Space with handmade goods from local vendors, arts and crafts stations for all ages, food trucks, music, and karaoke. The atmosphere is family friendly and admission is free.

Celebrate pets and the people who love them at the 6th annual West Allis Pawtoberfest inside the West Allis Farmers Market facilities. The event includes a wide range of pet supply and service vendors, nonprofit pet related exhibitors, and a stage hosting demonstrations and contests, along with a basket raffle, food trucks, and a beer garden. Organized as a fundraiser by the After Hours Rotary Club of West Allis, it primarily benefits local animal rescues, and a portion of proceeds also supports other animal related nonprofit organizations.
