Central Sands Community High School presents the third annual Central Sands Renaissance Faire, a community celebration featuring local artisans and vendors, performances, a trebuchet, hands-on arts and crafts, and more. The faire is powered by students, with exhibits and activities created or sourced by them as part of a school-wide, credit-earning experience. Proceeds are reinvested to sustain the event for future students. Tickets may be purchased with cash at the door, priced at $5 for adults, $3 for children, free for ages 2 and under, and $15 per family.

Beka Weiss and her team will share insights into bird biology and natural history and will answer questions. The group meets at the Amphitheater, with the Enclosed Shelter as the backup location in case of rain. For the safety of the birds, dogs are not permitted. The program is free, though a State Park sticker is required.
