Proceeds are reinvested to sustain the event for future students. Tickets may be purchased with cash at the door, priced at $5 for adults, $3 for children, free for ages 2 and under, and $15 per family.

The group meets at the Amphitheater, with the Enclosed Shelter as the backup location in case of rain. For the safety of the birds, dogs are not permitted. The program is free, though a State Park sticker is required.
