Every participant receives one OTS pack and a booster pack with entry, and for every two players an additional booster is added to a prize pool that is awarded to top finishers based on final standings. Participants are encouraged to park in the food court and AMC theater lot, as exiting after the event leads into that part of the mall.

After your visit, all testing is billed to your insurance, Dr. Celko reviews your results, and copies are sent to you and your primary care provider. If you are unable to attend, call to arrange an appointment at the office. Lungs at Work is a nonprofit that provides medical and legal support to coal miners and families affected by black lung disease.
