Now in its fifteenth year, the Back 2 School Bash brings families together at Cornerstone Family Chiropractic for a fun kickoff to the new school season. Enjoy free, family-friendly activities with kid-focused booths from local businesses, along with games, crafts, and other hands-on experiences. Children can bounce in inflatables and enjoy treats, and there will be giveaways throughout. Proceeds benefit BigHouse Foundation and its support of foster and adoptive families in the community.

Join Cornerstone Chiropractic for their annual Back 2 School Bash, a free community event for families in the Auburn-Opelika area. There will be local businesses and organizations on hand, plus kids activities including inflatables. Celebrate sustainability at Auburn during a zero-waste picnic that features complimentary local vegetarian samples, music, fun activities, and door prizes. Meet student organizations and programs, discover ways to contribute, and explore opportunities that make a difference at the Donald E. Davis Arboretum. Volunteers can sign up through GivePulse, and organizations or groups interested in hosting a table can reach out by email to share details and learn more. The event is co-sponsored by the Office of Sustainability with support from the Academic Sustainability Program, Administrative Effectiveness, the College of Engineering, the College of Forestry, Wildlife, and Environment, the Donald E. Davis Arboretum, the International Cultural Center, Master of Community Planning, Recreation and Wellness, the Jule Collins Smith Museum of Fine Arts, Tiger Dining, Transportation Services, and the Waste Reduction and Recycling Department.

An artist talk and reception with Susan Klein highlights the Biggin Gallery exhibition “Eating the World.” The event begins with an artist lecture in 005 Biggin Hall, then continues with a reception in the Biggin Gallery, 101 Biggin Hall. There is no cost to attend and everyone is welcome, and both locations are accessible to individuals with disabilities.
