Now in its eighth season, this weekly market highlights Huntsville’s community of local farmers, bakers, artisans, makers, growers, musicians, and more. Over 50 local vendors participate each week, offering plenty of opportunities to explore their goods. The market has moved to a new location and continues to feature live music, coffee and tea from Tour Les Jour, Perseus Sound Bar, Tupelo Honey, and Greenroom Coffee, along with adult beverages in the Purple Cup District. Expect great shopping, diverse cuisine, and occasional special guests who drop by to greet shoppers.

Set on the trails of Chapman Mountain Perserve, this program welcomes both new and seasoned runners who want to gain confidence on varied terrain. Fleet Feet Training creates a supportive community with a weekly group run and brief clinics that cover safety, fueling, gear selection, and injury prevention. Participants receive an eight week training plan, guidance from an experienced coach and mentors, a technical training shirt, and a weekly newsletter. The program builds toward the Oak Park Challenge and wraps up with a Trail-Gate party. Prior trail experience is helpful but not required. Completion of a 10K within the six months before the start of training is required.

Splash Bash returns as a free community celebration at Aldersgate United Methodist Church, packed with water fun for all ages.
