First Friday brings Bentonville Square to life with a free community block party featuring live performances, local vendors, and activities for all ages. The 2026 season is presented by Walmart and follows a season-long theme, First Friday Live, which spotlights live music, entertainment, and interactive experiences. Support for this community celebration comes from partners including the City of Bentonville, Visit Bentonville, and the Walton Family Foundation.

This open-air market on the Bentonville Square is a community tradition. Local farmers and artisans offer fresh, locally grown produce, fruits, vegetables, and more, providing a friendly setting to support small businesses and connect with the people behind the products. Presented by Arvest Bank.

A monthly guided tour of Vera’s Victorian Garden at the Rogers Historical Museum is presented by Benton County Master Gardeners. This free public program takes place in all weather and does not require advance registration. Master Gardeners share their expertise on the plants and flowers in the museum’s Ozark heritage garden, with each tour spotlighting seasonal blooms and a fresh theme. Set on the south lawn of the museum’s Hawkins House in historic downtown Rogers, the garden honors Vera Key, a museum co‑founder and the first chair of the Museum Commission. Established in 1989 as a memorial, it was renewed beginning in 2022 through a collaboration with Benton County Master Gardeners and the City of Rogers Parks Department as an outdoor educational extension of the Hawkins House. In keeping with the period of the 1895 home, plantings were chosen to mirror what local residents might have grown around the turn of the twentieth century. The space was renamed Vera’s Victorian Garden in 2024 and received the 2024 Arkansas Master Gardener Project of the Year Award.

Crystal Bridges presents Second Saturday: Book It!, a day devoted to celebrating cultural and artistic pillars with a literary focus. In the Commons, the Library and Archives team offers an engaging look at archival materials and rare books. Later, local bookstore Two Friends Books leads a gallery talk linking works from the permanent collection with titles from their shelves. Admission is free and tickets are not required, and visitors are welcome to drop in at any point during the day. Other Second Saturday events are also available.

Lionlamb Music Festival is a free, faith-centered celebration at The Shiloh Square in Downtown Springdale. Through music and other creative expressions rooted in Christian faith, the festival brings the Christian community together, encourages worship, and honors the name of Jesus.

Local growers and makers gather at a community market celebrating the flavors and creativity of Northwest Arkansas. Browse regionally grown produce, local honey, meats and other farm goods, plus artisan baked treats, unique pantry items and handcrafted gifts. Find seasonal flowers and garden plants, pick up tips during cooking demos and learning activities, and enjoy entertainment suited to families, all within a warm, community-focused setting. It offers a laid-back outdoor outing for residents and visitors exploring the region.

Funday Sunday at Jones Center offers free community fun with access to indoor pools and the ice rink, rotating between complimentary swimming and ice skating, and sometimes both. For this edition, the lineup features free swimming. Admission is free for all, and the schedule is subject to change.

A midweek edition of the market brings the same producer-only selection found on Saturdays, with fresh items in season and the vendors who create them. Set in Downtown Bentonville, it offers a convenient way to restock favorite market goods during the week. The Saturday market continues as well.

Enjoy casual, open-play street chess on the Bentonville Square in a welcoming, community setting. Players of all experience levels are welcome to take part in relaxed games and meet other chess enthusiasts. Boards and pieces are available on a first come, first served basis, and bringing your own set is welcome. No registration is required. Look for occasional prizes and special challenge nights.

Enjoy free live music at The Momentary’s RØDE House as part of the On the House Wednesday series. This week features Gavin Sumrall and the Band. The event is open to all ages, with a 21+ requirement for anyone purchasing or consuming alcohol. The Momentary Food Truck will also be on site serving meals and snacks.

This is a free community class made possible by First United Methodist Church in Springdale. Capacity is limited, so please register to attend. The focus changes from session to session and may include barre, willPower & grace, mat Pilates, strength, or stretch.

All are welcome to pick up free food from pantry shelves set up in the Grace Chapel sanctuary. A brief bit of paperwork is required, and volunteers are available to assist throughout the visit. This effort is supported by dedicated volunteers and community partners, including Northwest Arkansas Food Bank, Central UMC, First UMC, and Bland Chapel Methodist of Rogers, Arkansas.

Neighbors, employees, and community partners come together for the 2026 Bentonville Community Blood Drive, presented with the Community Blood Center of the Ozarks to support local patients and hospitals. The drive offers two convenient sites and hours structured to suit both workday and after-work schedules, making participation straightforward for first-time donors and regulars alike. Donations can be made at Fire Station #1, Training Room or at Northwest Medical Center Bentonville, Classrooms A and B. A single contribution can aid multiple patients across the region, and many small efforts shared by the community create meaningful care close to home.

Blessings To Go offers a drive-up food outreach in the parking lot of Grace Chapel UMC. Complimentary boxes of groceries are offered without any eligibility requirements.

Pickin on the Square gathers acoustic musicians and neighbors at Bentonville Square for a relaxed community jam and listening experience. Participants of any skill level can bring an acoustic instrument to play together, while others are welcome to bring a lawn chair or blanket and enjoy the music. Admission is free, and all ages are invited. The event is community-led and supported by Downtown Bentonville Incorporated.

Enjoy a family-friendly evening of live hip-hop and R&B at Courtyard Sessions, featuring DJ D. Sewell and SpidaCrazy8, plus Ace Mac on drums. The night includes a special DJ set, live performances, and crowd-favorite moments. Free merch giveaways are expected, and The Momentary Food Truck will be on site serving meals and snacks. The event is free with no tickets required, weather permitting.
