There are no tee signs or permanent tee pads. Most holes throw from marked sidewalk areas, while holes 2, 3, 8, and 9 use grass tees. Staying on grass keeps the shot in bounds; the fence line, the rock border, and anything beyond are out of bounds. The running river is treated as a hazard with a one stroke penalty played from the lie. Mandatory routes apply on holes 7 and 9, and those two holes also play as islands. Shots that do not come to rest on the island proceed to the marked drop zone with one penalty stroke. Hole distances are as follows: Hole 1 plays 145 feet, Hole 2 is 255 feet, Hole 3 stretches to 361 feet, Hole 4 is 252 feet, Hole 5 is 267 feet, Hole 6 reaches 331 feet, Hole 7 is 219 feet and plays as an island, Hole 8 is 279 feet, and Hole 9 is 200 feet and also an island. For parking, avoid blocking homes, and use the additional parking available across at the school.
