Mind-Body Reset | Reiki Sound & Meditation

Set aside the pressure to produce and step into a calm space dedicated to rest and renewal through meditation, sound healing, and Reiki. This class welcomes all levels and invites participants to pause, listen to their bodies, and let go of the need to perform or prove anything. It begins with a gentle meditation to help you arrive just as you are. From there, guided sound healing with instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, and drum offers steady vibrations that encourage the body to soften at its own pace, while Reiki is quietly offered throughout as a supportive layer that fosters balance without effort. The session closes with time for reflection and integration, with optional journaling or sharing, followed by grounding. The space opens 15 minutes before class begins. It can be a meaningful fit if life has felt nonstop, if there is pressure to always be on, if a deeper connection with self is calling, or if creating room for rest without guilt feels important. Caring for yourself in this way can influence how you show up with others and in your community, and sometimes it starts with a simple yes.

Free Lecture: 'State of the Universe'

This free lecture at Rainbow Bliss Botanicals Cafe introduces a Marconics perspective on the state of the universe and the current planetary shift. Marconics Initiate Teacher Makayla Askew shares how to access and integrate recently anchored Sophianic frequencies of the Mother Arc and Aqua Ray magnetics, presented as keys for higher ascension. The presentation explains why familiar 3D healing methods and the seven chakra template are viewed as outdated in this context, outlining the need to assimilate intensifying energies and expand the lightbody to move onto benevolent Earth timelines beyond the current matrix. It reflects on past ascension cycles and emphasizes forging a telepathic connection with a future ascended self to stay on course and avoid repeating karmic patterns. Discussion includes recalibrating within an Avatar Consciousness Matrix, reclaiming wings through a Christos and Sophia union, and embodying sovereignty as a co-creator and manifestor. The talk also explores Marconics Ascension Energy working with an ascending 5D body template to shed karmic debris, activate new DNA, raise vibration, and deepen connection to Source or Spirit. A complimentary sample of Marconics Ascension Energy is offered.

Mornings with Mommy: Things That Go!

Mornings With Mommy offers a playful session themed around Things That Go, created for moms to share engaging activities with their children and to connect with one another. This is not a preschool class or a childcare service. It is a guided time where infants, toddlers, and preschoolers can enjoy age-appropriate stations that include arts and crafts, activities that build gross and fine motor skills, flannel board tales and story time, music, educational toys, and a snack. All of the planning is handled in advance so participants can focus on spending meaningful time together.
