A weekly open studio invites anyone working on sewing or textile projects to create in a shared space. Participants can use the studio’s tools, get friendly guidance from experienced sewists, and connect with fellow makers. Attendance is donation based, so contribute what you can. All ages are welcome, with children attending alongside an accompanying adult.

Snipapalooza offers free spay and neuter surgeries from High Country Humane, along with free DAPP vaccinations for dogs and FVRCP vaccinations for cats. Participation is limited to Coconino County residents and requires proof of a qualifying low-income status, such as Medicaid (AHCCCS), WIC, SNAP, SSI, SSDI, unemployment benefits, a household income under $51,000 per year, or residency in the Navajo Nation within Coconino County. Additional services are available for a fee, including rabies vaccination with dog license, pain medication, e-collars and microchipping. Appointments are required and space is limited.
