The workouts are coach-led and tailored to your level, whether you are new to lifting or already have experience. You will get structured training, coaching on proper technique, and plenty of accountability and encouragement in a friendly group atmosphere. Modifications are available so everyone can participate comfortably and safely.

Show up with whatever you like to ride, from fixies and mountain bikes to eBikes, gravel and road bikes. The group meets at Rio Vista for a night outing of roughly 10 to 18 miles, with breaks as needed. Helmets are mandatory, and anyone without one will not be able to participate. Since this is Arizona, bring plenty of water and plan to stay well hydrated. Front and rear lights are essential for riding after dark. As a courtesy, if you have RSVP’d but cannot attend, please update your response so a ride leader is not left waiting or riding alone.
