    This intimate songwriter open mic takes place at NAMBA’s Listening Room and is hosted by Ventura musician Henry Stewart. The stage welcomes both local and visiting artists to share original songs, with the option to include one well loved cover, for an attentive crowd. Each performer has up to ten minutes, supported by a professional setup that includes quality sound, microphones, direct inputs, monitors, and access to the venue’s grand piano. Drinks are available for purchase to complement the relaxed atmosphere. The gathering also serves as a community fundraiser, with donations supporting NAMBA Performing Arts Space. Supported by VibeWell Ventura County, admission is free for the public and the usual $2.50 processing fee is waived at the door.
