A Library Technician will work with you, although some problems may not be resolved during the visit. The library also provides additional resources you can explore outside the session.

Step into the studio and share poems suitable for live radio on OZCAT Radio. The session is hosted by DJ Lala, Kathleen Herrmann, and Tom Stanton. Poets sign up at the studio, then take turns at the microphone for up to three minutes each, with the possibility of multiple rounds depending on participation. Community Cat Advocates hosts an in-store adoption showcase at the Vallejo PetSmart, featuring cats and kittens ready for loving homes. Every animal adopted through the group has been spayed or neutered, tested, microchipped, and vaccinated according to age and time in rescue. They are also dewormed and treated for fleas. As a foster-based rescue, the cats live in home settings when they are not at adoption events, which helps them adjust to family life. Adoption appointments at the Vallejo PetSmart are available for approved applications and specific cats. Community Cat Advocates is entirely volunteer run, with team members donating their time to help place animals in safe, caring homes.
