The 51st annual ClovisFest joins with the Noble Credit Union Hot Air Balloon Fun Fly for a free, two day community celebration in Old Town Clovis, presented by the Clovis Chamber of Commerce and Table Mountain Casino Resort. At the Clovis Rodeo Grounds, weather allowing, colorful balloons inflate and lift off as part of a longstanding ClovisFest tradition. Tethered balloon rides may be offered on a first come, first served basis with tickets available onsite. These rides rise to roughly 100 feet before returning to the ground. Participants must be able to stand independently, and infants, babies, and pets are not permitted. Across Old Town Clovis, the street festival features hundreds of craft vendors and commercial booths, a wide range of festival food, and live performances. The International Village on 4th Street, presented with Visit Fresno County, offers cultural performances, exhibits, and experiences that showcase community diversity. Both admission and parking are free.
