Please bring a drum and rattle if you have them, with a few available to share. Pack a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow, and a bandana or scarf to cover your eyes. This safe-practices program does not use or encourage mind-altering substances in this beginning workshop, including cannabis, alcohol, psilocybin, or other hallucinogens.
