Shift to Fluency is a three-day skills camp at Skydive Elsinore for intermediate and advanced flyers focused on improving angle and dynamic flying in larger formations. Groups are kept small, pairing five participants with one coach to maximize learning. Dedicated outside video is included, with camp edits created by Chris Bess. Each day is built around up to six jumps, weather permitting, with 40 minute calls between loads to pack, review footage, and brief the next plan. Participants stay with the same group for both days when the match works well, while coaches rotate to new groups daily. Friday-only or weekend-only options may be available depending on signups, with priority given to full three-day registrations. Minimum requirements include 300 skydives, 100 tracking jumps, the ability to fly safely in a group of six, and the capacity to hold heading and consistent speed within 15 feet of the leader on both belly and back. Flyers should already be working on moving through the vertical in a group of six, having achieved it in smaller groups. Those not yet at this level can consider Bridge the Gap Angle camps to build these skills in a smaller setting. Registration for the full three days is $520 and does not include jump tickets, which are $37 each. Registration is nonrefundable unless a suitable replacement is found, in which case a $100 administrative fee applies. Participants must commit to six jumps per day. Any jumps missed due to weather or lack of loads will be fully refunded after the camp, while missed jumps for work or personal reasons are not refunded. The 4-hour format drops participants into movement, teamwork, and fast problem-solving across Southern California’s raw terrain. It aims to reset habits rather than wear people down, calling for complete focus from the opening evolution as conditions change. The 12-hour format is a deeper test through the Southern California night, featuring extended evolutions, heavy loadouts, and tactical missions that strain endurance and sharpen focus as fatigue sets in. If the 4-hour measures grit, the 12-hour explores identity. Participants can expect strength evolutions that require precision, team missions under tight time pressure, heavy carries over rugged, sun-baked ground, movement challenges through sand, rock, and rolling trails, tactical tasks that demand clear communication and mental clarity, mental resilience drills designed to drive breakthroughs, and leadership moments that require stepping up and staying up. Sprint, Super, and Kids races traverse rugged trails and open terrain, with formidable obstacles set against Southern California’s largest natural freshwater lake. Expect warm temperatures, shifting terrain, and a course built to test limits. Suitable for first timers and seasoned Spartans alike, this weekend invites participants to push further and cross the finish line to earn a medal.

Wind Warriors brings focused coaching to Perris Indoor Skydiving for newly licensed jumpers and students cleared for solo, helping bridge the gap between tunnel flying and skydiving. Participants receive complimentary guidance from Perris organizers, with tips appreciated, to build skills, confidence, and connections with experienced coaches in both environments. The program operates within the Skydive Perris setting, known for a strong load organizer community. Sessions offer optional breakfast that includes a sandwich with coffee or juice for an additional $10 plus tax. Pricing is available in three options, with 10 minutes at $135, 20 minutes at $250, and 30 minutes at $360. Each booking requires a minimum of 10 minutes of flight time, can be used only during Wind Warriors sessions, and must be redeemed within 60 days of purchase. Indoor skydiving becomes a unique activity for kids at the Perris Indoor Skydiving Kids Club. Flyers ages 5 to 17 receive guidance from expert instructors, build body-flying skills, and connect with peers who share their enthusiasm. Each session lasts about 60 to 90 minutes, all equipment is provided, and space is limited to 10 participants per session. Sessions run every other Saturday, and the price is $95 per child per session. Booking is handled by phone.

Night jumps at Skydive Elsinore are open to skydivers who hold a B-License or higher, or who are B-License qualified by completing water training and the canopy control proficiency card. Sign up in the office. Each slot is $41 per jump, block jumps are not accepted, and funds must be on your account before sunset. Planning multiple jumps is fine, just ensure the full amount is deposited before the sunset load departs. Attendance at a mandatory briefing after sunset, at a time to be announced, is required in order to jump. FAA regulations, including FAR 105.19, require a light that is visible for at least three statute miles while under canopy from opening through landing. Standard glow sticks do not meet this requirement and cannot be used as a substitute. A red glow stick on the chest strap is acceptable as an addition, but a brighter rear-facing strobe must be worn and turned on during canopy flight. If a suitable strobe is needed, Gold State Gear Store is ordering models appropriate for night jumps.
