A live DJ curates global rhythms that rise and settle, shifting from gentle to fierce to spacious, to support energy moving naturally through the body. The journey begins by tuning into breath, sensations, and emotions, then letting authentic movement emerge from within. Cactus to Clouds

Designed for experienced hikers, this Cactus to Clouds outing covers about 22 miles with a major ascent to Mount Jacinto and a return via the tram. The route begins at sea level, reaches water access roughly 10 miles in, then continues another 6 miles to the summit for a substantial rest before descending 6 miles to the tram. After the tram ride down, there remains an estimated 6 miles to the trailhead, followed by a drive back to the starting point. Early training is encouraged, with suggestions to build cardio and consider sauna sessions. Plans may be adjusted on the day if extreme heat becomes a factor. Participants are advised to carry 3 to 5 liters of water for the first 10 miles, bring electrolytes in powder, chew block, or tablet form, and pack enough food for about one and a half to two meals. Food is available at the tram station during the descent. Some hikers use L citrulline or L arginine found in pre workout drinks, along with peanuts, to support nitric oxide at higher elevations. Trekking poles are optional, grippy footwear is recommended, a headlamp helps in the morning, and conditions near the peak can be cold and windy, so a windbreaker and beanie may be needed.
