This free summer concert series brings live music to Bancroft Park with a full season of performances. This event features Pikes Peak Jazz & Swing. If rain is in the forecast, the concert will move indoors to the upstairs stage at Thunder and Buttons across the street.

This farmers market typically features around 35 vendors, with booths ranging from Abdul's Produce and Royal Crest Dairy to homemade loaves, seasonal Palisade peaches, lawn decor, pasta, Pampered Chef, jewelry, dog treats, locally ground coffee, and more. The session features a talk with hands-on demonstrations to deepen understanding, and no live animals will be present. This free downtown concert is the final show and features a band that blends pop, funk, and jazz into one sound, with selections from Stevie Wonder, Bruno Mars, and Herbie Hancock.

Penrose Library hosts an interactive storytime created with children who have learning and sensory differences in mind. Participants can earn prizes simply by taking part, and the focus is on a fun, community experience. The Dice Guys game store and Professor Genevieve host the league, and it is free to participate. League Members receive 5% off ice cream, food, and beverage purchases, along with increased trade-in values on individual cards over $20 during league or play days.

KCK marks three years of lifesaving work with a festive birthday celebration presented by Jordan’s Canines and Jordan’s K9s. The event highlights community support for rescuing, fostering, and placing dogs in loving homes, with a feel-good atmosphere and plenty of appreciation for adopters, fosters, and cheerleaders alike.
