Homewood Suites Colorado Springs North, 9130 Explorer Dr, Colorado Springs · verified Aug 7
    See details

At Homewood Suites Colorado Springs North, pairs of puzzle fans compete to finish a 500-piece, family-friendly jigsaw as fast as possible. Teams consist of up to two people. Kids and teens are welcome, and any pair with a participant under 18 must include at least one adult. Puzzles remain sealed until a brief countdown signals the start. Tickets are $18 per person, and each team member needs their own ticket. After purchasing, provide your teammate’s name along with your team name. Register your full team in advance; if the event appears sold out and not all teammates have registered, contact the organizer to confirm space and be prepared to pay at the event if asked. Prizes go to the top three teams, and every competitor keeps the puzzle. A free puzzle swap is available to participants during the event. Matching shirts, creative team names, and festive puzzle attire are encouraged. Box top holders and sorting trays of any size are allowed. Extra lighting and recording devices are fine if they do not interfere with others and do not require a power outlet. There are no refunds, but registrations can be transferred to another person or another event, and if you cannot attend you can still receive your puzzle later by arranging with the organizer. Payments may be set to recur until canceled, and failure to manage a subscription or notify the organizer around an absence may result in forfeiting payment and not receiving the competition puzzle. Parking is free. This event takes place on the second Thursday of each month.
