Participants are encouraged to be open, build lasting friendships, and talk about mental health, emotions, and everyday life in a judgment-free space that works to challenge stigma and redefine strength through community and connection. The group is facilitated by Taylor, who is not a trained mental health professional. He guides conversation by fostering an environment where men can offer one another support, feedback, resources, and practical pathways forward by drawing on their own experiences and perspectives. A small business owner and advocate for self-development and mental health awareness, Taylor draws on his personal journey with depression, anxiety, and alcoholism to help cultivate a safe, open space for men to grow together at The Karma House.
