A two day celebration of Puerto Rican culture comes to New Haven Green, presented by Puerto Ricans United, Inc. and CT LEAD. It begins with a Friday night concert featuring freestyle legend Lisette Melendez, plus music from DJ Red El Colorao and DJ Tony. Food trucks will be available in limited numbers on Friday, and there is no VIP section that evening. The festivities continue all day Saturday with live performances, a wide range of food trucks, and on site health and wellness screenings, highlighted by India, La Princesa de la Salsa. Metered street parking is available throughout downtown with additional options in nearby garages. Public transit serves the park, including nearby Union Station and State Street Station, and rideshare services operate in the area. Parking is at the owner’s expense and risk. Additional announcements will be shared.

Eddie Or Not brings a solo acoustic performance to Whitlock's Restaurant & Irish Pub in Bethel, CT, featuring sing-along classics and crowd favorites from the 70s, 80s, 90s and beyond. Listeners may recognize Eddie from The Proper Villains and Crash 21, and this set spotlights his voice and guitar in an intimate format. Whitlock's offers made-to-order food, cold beer, handcrafted cocktails, and a wide selection of Irish whiskeys. There is no cover charge. The venue is a veteran-owned Irish pub and neighborhood dive where dog lovers are welcome.

Enjoy Modern country live music outdoors with Nashville Drive. The concert runs from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM and is free to attend. Stop by Brookfield Municipal Center for an evening of great tunes.

Enjoy a karaoke night at Amerigo Vespucci Lodge with music hosted by DJ Nick. Dinner will be served.

An annual benefit supporting ROAR (Ridgefield Operation for Animal Rescue) brings live music and simple ways to contribute to a good cause. A suggested $10 contribution to ROAR will be collected at the Biergarten entrance, and an additional $1 from every Geobunny poured during the show will also support the organization. VIP picnic table reservations for groups of four to eight are sold out. When available, these tables were priced at $150 and included two reserved parking spots, eight drink tickets, and a designated picnic table, with part of the fee benefiting ROAR. If weather forces a postponement, the event will move to a new date and those unable to attend may request a refund or keep their reservation. Refunds are not available for no-shows or for cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, and no more than two parking spaces are provided per reservation.

Sing your heart out at Karaoke at the Vespucci Lodge, featuring a host DJ Nick. The karaoke runs from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and dinner is served from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM. There are also drink specials at the bar in an air-conditioned bar and lounge.

Stephen Pearcy, RATT’s founding frontman and chief songwriter, brings the unmistakable voice that drove the band from its Mickey RATT roots in Los Angeles to a streak of multi platinum success between 1984 and 1991. After Atlantic Records signed the group, the 1984 release Out of the Cellar broke wide, and its singles climbed the charts, outpacing hits by Prince, Van Halen, Madonna, and David Bowie. Known for a provocative image, rebellious attitude, and an unrelenting metal edge, Pearcy earned acclaim for his stage presence, style, and distinctive vocals. This appearance is part of the Pepsi Rock Series Handcrafted by American Metal.

Leah Marlene brings the Small Spaces Tour to New Haven with an evening centered on music, storytelling, and community. Set in a welcoming backyard, this performance is designed for a small capacity audience that values close listening. The set is presented up close and pared back, creating a shared moment that invites presence and connection. Recognized for vivid storytelling, genre-crossing songwriting, and a compelling live presence, Leah blends the warmth of folk with the energy of rock to craft an experience that feels both personal and communal. Guests are welcome to bring blankets, lawn chairs, or other preferred outdoor seating. Light snacks will be available. Alcohol is permitted and the event is BYOB. If the weather does not cooperate, the show will move indoors. The exact address and parking details will be provided after ticket purchase. Born in Ontario and raised in Illinois, Leah earned national recognition as the third-place finisher on Season 20 of American Idol. Now based in Nashville, she has toured widely across North America, shared stages with Jade Bird, Peach Pit, and Margo Price, and was named a Top 50 finalist in NPR’s Tiny Desk Contest.

OTRA returns to The Abbey Restaurant and Bar for a live set on the patio, weather permitting. Food and drinks are available from the restaurant and bar. Song requests are welcome.

Lumos presents an intimate, candlelit tribute to Fleetwood Mac at First Church of Christ Congregational, featuring a string trio performing classical arrangements. The program includes favorites such as Landslide, Dreams, Everywhere, Go Your Own Way, Gold Dust Woman, Gypsy, I Don’t Want to Know, Little Lies, Rhiannon, Second Hand News, The Chain, You Make Lovin’ Fun, and Don’t Stop. Two seatings are available. Seating is first come, first served within your selected tiered zone, with options in Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze. The venue is wheelchair accessible, though front-row placement cannot be guaranteed. Suitable for attendees aged eight and older. A donation is made to a different charity each month.

GoodTime Charlies brings a charged set of classic rock covers to Michael’s Tap Room, celebrating the spirit of rock and roll with searing guitar solos, soaring vocals, an energetic stage show, and thunderous drums. The songs span from the 80s to today and are built for sing along moments and nonstop dancing. Michael’s Tap Room provides a cozy setting with American comfort favorites, craft cocktails, and 40 beers on tap. The band takes the venue’s new stage for a night of big sound and lively momentum.

Todd Rundgren, a trailblazing American songwriter and producer, returns to Ridgefield for his 13th appearance. Known for groundbreaking contributions to electronic music and progressive rock, he also helped shape the evolution of music videos and pushed forward innovations in computer software and online music delivery. The performance features favorites such as “Hello It’s Me,” “I Saw The Light,” “Can We Still Be Friends,” and “Bang The Drum All Day,” with more from across his catalog. Presented as part of the Pepsi Rock Series, Handcrafted by American Metal.

Jukebox Bingo is a music-themed bingo night where you get a card filled with song titles. The host will play part of a song and you mark it off if it appears on your card, with no hints about the song title or artist. The night runs through three rounds, including getting a single line, two lines, and finally a full card. Bring friends and enjoy three chances to win during the weekly event, and it’s free to play.

A neighborhood summer concert returns to Black Rock, offering an early, family-friendly way to enjoy live music together. It starts early so all ages can take part in a relaxed community atmosphere.

Park City Music Hall welcomes the Bella Rayne Band, a guitar-forward group led by an 18-year-old self-taught guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter raised in coastal Mendocino, California with roots in the North Carolina mountains. Her style blends jam-band energy, Southern rock accents, 90s grunge grit, and a psychedelic streak, drawing on rock, Americana, and bluegrass. Her path started during the pandemic when she revived an old Stratocaster from the garage and taught herself by ear. Since then she has shared stages with Allman Betts Family Revival, Melvin Seals & JGB, ALO, Jackie Greene, Oteil Burbridge, and members of Terrapin Family, earned recognition from Susan Tedeschi in Guitar World, and was entrusted by the Grateful Guitars Foundation to play Jerry Garcia’s famed Alligator guitar. The band delivers a high-energy show with soulful Southern rock, modern Americana, reinterpretations of Grateful Dead songs, and original material, performed by a young lineup of seasoned musicians. Her work with the Grateful Guitars Foundation also supports music education through school visits that inspire young people, especially girls, to take up instruments. This event is all ages. General admission is $20 plus online ticketing fees. Park City Music Hall offers a full bar and kitchen serving craft cocktails and bites, opening at doors and remaining open until the venue indicates the kitchen has closed. Seating is very limited in this primarily standing-room space, and when available it is first come, first served.

Summer @ The Well is a warm season series that brings live music and social time to The Well, the pub on the lower floor of the Yale Schwarzman Center. This edition spotlights the Jeff Brock Trio. Yale professor Jeff Brock performs with his trio in the last installment before a new academic year begins. Beyond his musical pursuits, Brock serves as dean of the School of Engineering and Applied Science and holds the William S. Massey Professorship of Mathematics as well as a professorship in Statistics and Data Science.

A free downtown block party concert series brings live music, local bites, sidewalk deals, and community-centered entertainment. For this installment, Pop Rocks provides the soundtrack. Bring a chair and settle in for an evening of music and neighborhood fun. Please note that outside vendors or soliciting are not permitted.

Jon Batiste brings his live show to Westville Music Bowl for an all ages audience, presented by Premier Concerts, Manic Presents, and Bowery Presents. An eight time Grammy winner and recipient of both Academy and Emmy Awards, Batiste is known for a boundary crossing approach to music and a focus on inclusivity and cultural exploration. His recent studio album, BIG MONEY, draws on gospel, soul, blues, folk, and rock and roll, features collaborations with No I.D., Randy Newman, and Andra Day, earned three nominations at the 2026 Grammy Awards, and won Best Americana Album. He supported the album with a national headlining run that hit more than 30 venues across the country and regularly sold out. Before that, he launched his solo piano series with Beethoven Blues in 2024, reimagining iconic Beethoven themes; it spent nine weeks at the top of Billboard’s Classical Albums chart and delivered his strongest sales week to date. In 2023, World Music Radio arrived with guests including Jon Bellion, Lana Del Rey, and Lil Wayne, receiving five Grammy nominations, including Album of the Year. Batiste was also the focus of Matthew Heineman’s Netflix documentary American Symphony, released with Higher Ground, which followed a year that included nine Grammy nominations and five wins for the album We Are. He co wrote the film’s original song It Never Went Away, which received an Oscar nomination and won the Grammy for Best Song Written for Visual Media. Earlier honors include 2020 Grammy nominations for Chronology of a Dream: Live at the Village Vanguard and Meditations with Cory Wong. His work in film includes composing the score for Jason Reitman’s 2024 feature Saturday Night and creating music for Disney and Pixar’s Soul, which earned the Academy Award for Best Original Score alongside Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross, as well as Golden Globe, BAFTA, NAACP Image, and Critics’ Choice awards. From 2015 to 2022, he served as bandleader and musical director on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.
