The community must decide what it stands for. Much Ado About Nothing moves with quick talk and pinpoint timing, full of pride, crossed wires, and words spoken at exactly the wrong moment. The Shore Line Trolley Museum offers a Guest Motorman session that lets participants handle the controls of a restored electric trolley or subway car under the supervision of qualified operating staff. Each private appointment lasts one hour and begins with a structured orientation on basic operation, safety practices, and signaling. It continues with supervised running on the museum’s historic route alongside the Farm River, where participants practice applying power with the controller, braking smoothly, and using the bell and whistle correctly. Up to five guests may ride along as observers. This is real equipment, not a simulation, and it takes place on the country’s longest-running suburban trolley line to operate continuously. Andreozzi Charitable Foundation. Contributions help advance its mission to increase awareness of Sudden Cardiac Death and arrhythmias, and to provide vital education, training, and equipment that support effective responses to cardiac emergencies, from CPR instruction to access to Automated External Defibrillators. The Foundation also supports the Sudden Arrhythmia Death Syndrome (SADS) Foundation and the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, and plans to establish scholarships at Hamden High School and the Yale University School of Nursing to nurture future healthcare leaders in Christopher’s memory. The day is divided into three segments. It starts with a stop the bleed lesson that explains the necessary equipment and the techniques for using it. The second segment focuses on firearm skills. The final segment features 20 drills for both individuals and groups that put the medical and shooting skills into practice. Firearms training includes shooting with one hand, drawing and reholstering one-handed, performing one-handed reloads, clearing malfunctions using only one hand, and shooting while moving. Bleeding control instruction covers tourniquet types and application, wound packing, direct pressure methods, chest seal types and application, and recognizing shock from blood loss. Medical supplies needed for the training are provided for use during the session.

The name nods to the flamboyant blue-footed booby, embracing the proud and awkward realities of living in a body in public. The Grammy-winning Mexican guitar duo unveils a new album created in Tokyo that reflects on belonging and salutes Japan, painting scenes of fantastical creatures, celestial flight, stardust, rugged landscapes, and a journey toward inner peace through expressive instrumental guitar. For more than two decades, Rodrigo Sánchez and Gabriela Quintero have expanded the possibilities of acoustic guitar by blending classical influences, rock and metal power, cinematic color, and spiritual themes into a singular sound. The Eugene, Oregon jazz duo builds its sound around saxophone and drums and often draws on a spirit of exploration inspired by their grandfather, known as Papa. A photograph of him beside his boat Sŵn y Môr, meaning Sound of the Sea, sparked the album Papa’s Boat, recorded with Malcolm Catto in London in March 2025. The record weaves jazz with touches of indie, pop, rap, and bossa nova, featuring backing band members Ebba Dankel, Andrew Mitchell, Eli Torgersen, and Salim Charvet, along with collaborations from Mei Semones, Melanie Charles, and Brazilian songwriter Marcos Valle on songs such as El Gaucho and Friendship Is A Boat. On the track Lighthouse, sax and synths introduce a water theme that flows through the music, shifting between recollection and visions of what comes next.

Raised in Connecticut, Lawrence began on trumpet at nine while the sounds of Louis Armstrong and Mahalia Jackson filled his home, and he picked up guitar at eleven under the spell of Jimi Hendrix. Following that path led him through Muddy Waters to Robert Johnson and Son House, shaping a lifelong devotion to the source. Onstage he cuts a striking figure in a tailored suit with a Dobbs hat and two-toned shoes, playing a well-worn Gibson Robert Johnson model and delivering every note with conviction. The tasting room complements the music with boutique wines and hard ciders from Apple Theory Cidery.
