The second part builds confidence with bottle feeding skills, including how to select bottles and nipples and understand flow rate, the purpose of paced feeding and how it protects babies, recognizing hunger and fullness cues, positioning for calm feeds, how much and how often to offer, ways to avoid overfeeding, safe preparation and storage for both formula and expressed milk, approaches to combo feeding, what is known about nipple confusion, and ideas to try if a baby refuses the bottle.
