The Float: The Quiet Between

Set beneath a waning crescent moon, this floating sound bath and release ritual offers an evening of rest, renewal, and gentle letting go at a private residence in Deltona, Florida. The experience begins with a quiet pre-float ceremony in which participants choose a stone, reflect on a burden or story they are ready to release, and offer that intention to the water before settling into the pool. While floating, a calming guided meditation eases the transition into the quiet space between what has been and what is becoming, then flows into a sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls played by Ashley Bowman and Lisa Valerio. Throughout, Ashley and Lisa provide Reiki-infused energy work to support deep relaxation, reflection, and renewal. Expect about 45 to 50 minutes in the water along with light snacks and refreshments. Wear swim-ready attire. Personal floats and towels are welcome, and both are also available on site. Participants may step out of the pool at any time if they feel chilly or need a break. The energy exchange is $60 per person, and payment is required in advance to secure a spot via Cash App at $regenfam or by requesting an invoice. Space is limited. Frank Bang & Secret Stash

Frank Bang brings raw, unfiltered blues shaped by Chicago grit and years of relentless playing. He cut his teeth at Buddy Guy’s Legends, rose through the ranks, and then spent five years on the road as Buddy Guy’s guitarist, touring the world and sharing stages with artists such as Robert Plant, The Rolling Stones, and Eric Clapton. His own catalog includes four albums released under Frank Bang and the Secret Stash and Frank Bang and the Cook County Kings, with 14 tracks spinning regularly on B.B. King’s Bluesville on Sirius/XM. In performance he moves from gritty, riff-fueled stomp that nods to classic rock to deeply rooted Chicago blues, always tuned to the room and focused on feeling above all else. One moment can be ferocious, the next tender, and it might have you dancing or wiping away a tear. However you define it, this is the roots and the fruits, rock and roll and the blues, played to make you feel.
