Breathe to Heal in the Light System

    Pensacola · Regeneration Station, 7166 N 9th Ave

Experience a focused breathwork immersion paired with The Light System for a session centered on deep balance and healing. Joanne guides participants through active breathing that helps move and clear stagnant energy while releasing stored emotions, limiting beliefs, and past traumas. This approach incorporates the 3-stage Pranayama method taught by renowned breath teacher David Elliott, combined with Joanne’s expertise in complementary healing practices, and it differs from the lighter breathwork often found in yoga classes. The session emphasizes the restorative potential of the breath alongside The Light System to soothe the nervous system, support detoxification, increase oxygen to the brain, and spark the body’s feel-good chemistry. Many leave feeling refreshed, energized, and at ease. Wear comfortable clothing and consider bringing a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye pillow, a journal with a pen, and water. Eat lightly and avoid heavy meals for one to two hours beforehand. If you have medical conditions or questions about breathwork, consult your healthcare provider in advance. Attendance is limited to 10 participants. Advance payment is required to secure a spot and comes with a complimentary annual membership. The fee is $75 and payments are non-refundable. This event takes place at Regeneration Station.
