An evening of full moon reflection centers on letting go, finding balance, and beginning anew. The gathering starts indoors with a guided sound bath using crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, where soothing vibrations help settle the mind, relax the body, and lead into deeper meditation. If the weather allows, a short releasing ceremony concludes the experience, creating space to set down what no longer serves. Many traditions view the full moon, and especially a Blue Moon that marks the month’s second full moon, as a powerful window for release and renewal. It is often shared that the Buddha reached enlightenment under a full moon. The focus is on mindful breathing, softening, surrender, and reconnection. Participants can expect to leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more aligned, ready to move forward with a sense of peace and purpose. Cost: $30.
