    An evening of creative flow at Hava Kava Bar & Lounge brings together movement, music, and community with a focus on flow arts and fire. The jam is open to all, from seasoned spinners to first-timers or anyone curious to try something new. Props are provided, along with informal workshops and open flow throughout the night, offering plenty of chances to practice, pick up new skills, and meet people. A fire circle opens later for experienced fire performers. Anyone planning to spin fire must first attend a safety meeting and sign a waiver. Expect positive energy, friendly faces, and a welcoming space to explore your flow.
