Inside Out 5-Week Pelvic Floor Series

    St Augustine · 2600 US Highway 1 S

Discover how the pelvic floor functions within a connected system in a five-week series that builds from session to session. It begins with breathing techniques that support pelvic health, then explores how the jaw, posture, and feet influence this area from above and below. You will learn to locate, strengthen, and fully relax the pelvic floor, link it with the deep core, and conclude by developing glute strength that supports the pelvis in everyday life. By the end, the elements come together into a coordinated whole you can apply throughout your day. Participants leave with a clear understanding of why the pelvic floor matters, practical tools for breath, posture, and strength that can be used daily, and the ability to connect anatomy insights to real-world movement. The foundation built here can support a yoga practice, an exercise routine, and different stages of life. If a full five-week commitment is not possible, individual sessions can be attended separately.

Release & Receive - Yoga Nidra + Sound Bath

St Augustine · Intera Yoga, 2600 US Highway 1 S

Release the intensity of summer and welcome the softer feel of autumn during a two-hour restorative workshop centered on slowing down and deep relaxation. The experience begins with about 45 minutes of Yin Yoga, a gentle, unhurried practice that uses foundational postures to support mobility, hydrate the body’s fascial network, and guide attention inward into a calm, meditative space. You will then settle into a comfortable resting position for a 45 minute Yoga Nidra, a guided practice that invites effortless meditation. Yoga Nidra includes creating a Sankalpa, or personal vow, to encourage a positive bhavana. Bhavana, meaning cultivating, is a way to intentionally strengthen internal feelings, energy, and attitudes. Often called yogic sleep, Yoga Nidra calms the nervous system and supports the parasympathetic response so body and mind can restore deeply without actually sleeping. The workshop closes with a soothing sound bath using crystal singing bowls and chimes to further ease the mind and body. Comfortable clothing is recommended, and layers can help if you tend to cool down in stillness. A journal can be brought for any reflections you may wish to note.

Saint Augustine · Fort Mose Historic State Par

Fort Mose First Harvest Celebration brings the past to life in St. Augustine. The day starts with a welcome and prayer alongside a militia musket demonstration, continues with a historical presentation by reenactors, offers time to meet and talk with them, and concludes with a closing ceremony. Costumed interpreters present daily life in 18th century Spanish Florida, while colonial cooking demonstrations provide tastes of dishes that blend Black, Spanish, and Native American traditions. Displays of traditional trades and crafts create a market style atmosphere that echoes the autumn harvest of the settlement founded in 1738. All dogs must remain on a leash, and be mindful that musket fire will occur, which may be difficult for pets sensitive to loud sounds.

    Beartooth

St Augustine · The St. Augustine Amphitheatre

Beartooth brings the Pure Ecstasy World Tour with a lineup that also features Don Broco, Magnolia Park, and Windwaker. Led by Caleb Shomo, the project began in an Ohio basement in 2013 as a self-produced outlet where he played every instrument, transforming personal struggle into melodic, hard-hitting anthems. Over the years the group has become a major force in modern rock, earning milestones like a gold certification for Hated and platinum for In Between. The Surface arrived in 2023 and debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Alternative and Hard Music charts and No. 2 on Album Sales, Rock Albums, and Vinyl. Might Love Myself reached No. 1 on Billboard’s Mainstream Airplay and Mediabase charts, while I Was Alive was the sixth most played song on rock radio in 2024 and the band ranked among the top 10 most played artists. Rolling Stone spotlighted Beartooth as an artist to know, and Forbes noted their momentum toward arena-headliner status. This tour marks a new chapter with Fearless Records and the powerful single Free, uniting melody and intensity while staying rooted in the cathartic honesty that defines Beartooth.

Tommy Emmanuel, CGP - LIVING IN THE LIGHT TOUR

Ponte Vedra Beach · Ponte Vedra Concert Hall

Presented by AEG Presents, Tommy Emmanuel, CGP brings the Living in the Light Tour to Ponte Vedra Concert Hall in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, with Trey Hensley as special guest. Widely praised by NPR’s World Cafe as one of the leading acoustic guitarists, Emmanuel began performing at age six with his family’s band in Australia, grew into a sought-after sideman and session player in his teens, and by his early twenties was appearing on hit records and working with groups such as Air Supply and Men at Work. Inspired by his hero Chet Atkins, who later became a friend, mentor, and collaborator, he stepped into the spotlight as a solo artist in 1979 and went on to release a series of acclaimed instrumental albums that earned international recognition. His résumé includes headlining the Sydney Opera House and Carnegie Hall, touring with Eric Clapton and John Denver, winning a Grammy Award for Best Instrumental Arrangement, performing at the Sydney Olympics for a televised audience exceeding two billion, and collaborating with legends including Les Paul, Mark Knopfler, Joe Walsh, Richard Thompson, Jason Isbell, and Billy Strings. His latest album, Living In The Light, was recorded over four days and blends pop, jazz, classical, and roots influences into music that feels both exhilarating and intimate.
