Echoes of the Soul: Past Life Regression Sound Bath

This intimate, immersive gathering blends a restorative sound bath with a guided past life regression meditation. The experience invites a calm, inward focus where imagination, insight, and the language of the subconscious can surface with ease. Past life regression is offered as a gentle meditation that can bring forward images, emotions, physical sensations, narratives, or archetypal scenes. Some people may sense connections to another time, place, or identity, while others may relate to what arises as symbolic or psychological, including ancestral memory or the psyche speaking through story. Every way of understanding is welcomed, and the container emphasizes curiosity, grounding, and care. Live instruments shape the soundscape throughout, including singing bowls, an ocean drum, a rain stick, a seed shell shaker, and a gong. The session opens and closes with soft breathwork and concludes with a shared circle to help integrate and ground the experience. Journals are provided, and participants are invited to set intentions in writing at the beginning and to capture reflections and impressions at the end. No previous experience with meditation or regression is needed, only openness to explore. This is a chance to rest, reflect, and reconnect with the deeper narratives that inform who you are.

Toddler Time in Fernandina Beach | Under the Sea Story & Ocean Craft at Paisley Grace Makery – April

Paisley Grace Makery in Fernandina Beach presents a hands-on Toddler Time inspired by the interactive picture book Looky Looky Little One: Under the Sea. Young creators enjoy a sensory-rich story about colorful sea life, then make their own ocean scene featuring fish, aquatic details, and layered textures they can touch. The activities support early development in multiple ways. Children refine fine motor skills by placing, painting, and assembling pieces, build sensory awareness through varied textures and colors, strengthen language through shared reading and visual recognition, and spark imagination with ocean-themed play. Finishing a project to take home helps build confidence. The environment is relaxed and welcoming, encouraging exploration without pressure. For nearly three decades, the Miró Quartet has been recognized as one of America’s leading string quartets, earning a GRAMMY nomination and acclaim from publications such as The New Yorker and the Cleveland Plain Dealer for its commitment and interpretive depth. Based in Austin, Texas, the ensemble appears on major stages around the world and seeks fresh ways to connect with listeners while honoring the traditions of chamber music. Recent and upcoming highlights include Here on Earth with pianist Lara Downes, a touring and recording project that paints musical portraits of our planet and its evolution, the premiere of a new version of Kevin Puts’ Credo with the Naples Philharmonic, and collaborations with Steven Banks, Tamar-Kali, Gabriel Kahane, and soprano Karen Slack. The album Home on Pentatone received a 2025 GRAMMY nomination for Best Chamber Music/Small Ensemble Performance and features new commissions by Kevin Puts and Caroline Shaw alongside works by George Walker and Samuel Barber. The quartet was also nominated in 2024 for Best Choral Performance for House of Belonging with Conspirare. Its Emmy Award-winning documentary Transcendence centers on a performance of Schubert’s G Major Quartet on rare Stradivari instruments and is available via livestream, CD, and Blu-ray. Formed in 1995, the group won first prize at the Banff International String Quartet Competition and the Naumburg Chamber Music Competition. Educational outreach is central to its work, and since 2003 it has served as the resident quartet at the University of Texas at Austin’s Sarah and Ernest Butler School of Music. In 2005 it became the first ensemble to receive the Avery Fisher Career Grant. The quartet’s name honors the Spanish artist Joan Miró, whose Surrealist vision draws on memory, dreams, and imaginative fantasy.
