To keep the process fair, a lottery system sets the order of service. Giveaway cards are handed out and drawn at random before distribution begins, and anyone who arrives after the start receives a smiley face and is helped after those with cards because new cards are not issued once the process is underway. This distribution takes place at HOB. Brewing Co. under the pavilion.
